The media could not be loaded. Got this machine as a hobby but it works really well and have started to use it for a small business.     • After 8 days of using it, the needle mechanism froze. Brother couldn't recommend a fix.

I had owned a Brother embroidery before. The embroidery function failed after many years of use, but I could still use it as a sewing machine. I decided to buy this model - it didn't look that much different than the one I owned and used for a long time. It was very difficult to learn how to use. I called an chatted with t he manufacturer, watched YouTube videos, and finally got the hang of it. I finally mastered it, and loved how it worked until the needle mechanism simply froze.
