We've taken this bike through grass, gravel, mud, and some light forest trails and it handles all of it without breaking a sweat. The front suspension absorbs bumps really well — my 13-year-old said it feels smooth even on the rougher patches. The low-pressure knobby tires grip surprisingly well on wet ground too. Safety-wise the disc brake gives us real confidence, stops fast and predictably. LED headlight is a genuinely useful feature, not just decorative. At this price range the quality honestly exceeded our expectations. This will be a staple on our family's weekend rides.

We had a small issue figuring out the handlebar clamp during assembly and reached out to Oryxearth's support team. They got back to us within a few hours with clear step-by-step instructions and even sent a video link. Problem solved same day. The bike itself has been fantastic — my 12-year-old picked it up really fast thanks to the automatic transmission, no complicated clutch work at all. Pull start works every single time. Been riding it on our property for three weeks now, zero mechanical issues. Highly recommend both the product and the brand.
