Unless you use the drain hose the water capacity is smaller than most' although the unit is small, quiet and easily movable. However, like I said if you do not use the drain hose that comes with it you will be emptying the pan every couple of hours. Other than that one issue, it works great.

Recent storms caused flooding, and some water entered my home. I was looking for a dehumidifier to dry out the house to prevent mold and mildew. After doing some research online, I decided on this model. It arrived the next day. I took it out of the box and plugged it in. It immediately began drawing water out of the air. I could tell because the drip tray began to fill. After several hours I noticed that it had stopped running. When I checked, the drip tray was full. I poured almost a gallon of water out and it immediately began running again. I had to empty the tray several times a day. I then decided to put the dehumidifier on the counter connect the hose and let it drain directly into the sink. It’s been running ever since. After about a week, I decided to turn the fan down to low. It seems to work just as well, and it’s even quieter. It is much more comfortable now, and I decided to keep running it even though the house is now dry. Overall it does what it says, t’s quiet and compact.

Amazing, I didn’t high hopes, but this thing works! I only wish the water bucket had a handle like some I’ve seen. Another plus is that it doesn’t put out a bunch of hot air like some people have said, and it’s pretty quiet. I should have bought bigger one! I live in SC and humidity this year is intense! Purchased September 2022. Only used in summer months. Worked fine until it just stopped removing water from the air. Tried everything in the way of cleaning (wasn't dirty) and resetting. It runs but never removes a drop, even set to continuous mode. Sensor and display and electrical all work but no dehumidification. I searched everywhere and cannot find a way to reach the manufacturer to see what can be done. Not much of a lifespan. Very disappointed.

At first glance this thing is small but don't let that fool you, it does work very well. I use it in my grow tent when I'm slow drying out my flowers. I love the fact how you can set the humidity percentage. This is very important to have a controlled environment in the grow tent. I suggest using the drain hose that it comes with instead of having to dump the tray out when it gets filled with water. I recommend this dehumidifier if you are needing a controlled environment.

I recently moved and have sensors all over the rooms. I never had issues with humidity before, at least not knowingly and definitely not in my last place which was just 10 min car drive away. When I noticed humidity levels rising to 60% and above, I got concerned and looked into buying a dehumidifier. I had bought a 600 sqft dehumidifier first but was not satisfied with the results. Granted my place is larger but I would have expected that it should work in a closed bedroom at least. I was not happy with the results and decided I needed a larger instrument. I decided for this 30 pint version. I just plugged it in and hit the power button, it's very straight forward to use. I was amazed about the results, With every hour I could see the results. After a couple of hours running time, I found 1-1.5L water in the tank. The smaller dehumidifier never had more than 1 inch water in the tank when running the same amount of time. The efficiency of this Britsou dehumidifer is amazing in comparison. I probably could get by with a single instrument and move it around my place as needed for every few hours. It's very portable, not too heavy and I like the rollers. What is not so great is the water tank. It's U shaped and difficult to handle, it already had slipped out of my hand slightly and water spilled on the floor. You'd definitely want to avoid that. But everything else is top notch. I like the humidity level indicator on the instrument and it seems easy to operate. I just ordered a second one.

I live in a humid climate and have medical conditions that make it difficult to deal with the heat. This device has been so handy- it's so easy to use and it really works. I use it on the continuous setting and appreciate that it has the humidity level easy to read and understand so you know it's working. The tray is easy to dump and stays clean. It comes with a hose, but I have never used that setting because my house is not set up that way. It's small enough to fit anywhere I want it, easy to move (as much as a device can of this size), and is attractive enough that I don't hate looking at it all day long. It's been running nonstop for months now and no issues at all.
