Have had these for a few months now on both my front and back porch. Hung them with J-hooks (with clasps) and they are staying put, and looking GREAT. I like that they’re not glass. It makes me feel better about their potential for longevity. The ambience they provide is amazing. So beautiful and serene. I’m looking forward to having company over once Fall gets here and it’s dark enough to sit on the porch with the lights on so that we can all enjoy the beautiful, soothing, warm glow of these lights. These Brightown Outdoor String Lights have been a great addition to my backyard. The G40 globe bulbs give off a nice, warm glow that really sets a cozy vibe in the evenings. I like that they’re weatherproof — they’ve handled rain and wind without any issues. While they don’t dim, the brightness feels just right, not too harsh or too dim.
