First off I want to thank Nikki from Brightown. I order a set of 16 inch tube lights. BTW it is my second set. I bought a set last year and I love it! So I changed up the way I did the decorating this year and needed a second set. Order came on time and was packaged wonderfully. On to the second part of this review. After hooking it up, 24 hours later half the line stopped working. All of this was hanging in a tree, mind you. So this was pretty unfortunate. I messaged Amazon about the issue. Right away Nikki from Brightown emailed me. Which I thought was very important. The companyt Nikki was apologetic and positive. She stood behind her product. Wanted to reassure me that this would be takin care of and apologized for the inconvenience. After I sent a short video of the problem and my order number, which is completely understandable. Lots of scammers out there that feel they deserve everything free in life. She let me know that their products have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY!!! I did not know this and made the company even more top shelf to me. After she received my email of the information and video needed. Nikki, within 24 hours had a new string of lights on the way. From the first email until they arrived I would say took about 5 days. I can't say enough on how neat and pretty these lights are. Also, how genuine and honorable Brightown was. Especially, customer service. I will definitely do more business with them and I hope anyone that reads this will understand this review. It is not a knock on the quality. The specifications of size, color, quality is spot on. Sometime things happen, nothing is perfect in life. But, the way everything was rectified was wonderful. Thanks again Brightown and thank you Nikki for everything. Keep being the company you are, and you will continue to grow and soon people will have your products all over the world.

I purchased 4 sets of meteor lights Dec 26, 2022 not intending to use them until this November. When they arrived, checked to make sure they worked but didn't remove them from the boxes. When I installed them in November, noticed only one light worked on one of the strings. I wiggled the wires and the rest turned on intermittently...obvious short somewhere in the wires. As the lights are warranted for 12 months, called the support number (got a real person!) and explained the problem. They took my order number and said their support team would contact within 48 hours. Received an email in less that 24 hours with a case number and asked for a video showing the problem. Sent a short video from my cell and received a quick response saying they would ship a replacement string. Received the string a couple days later and now have all strings installed. We notice cars slowing down and even backing up in front of our house checking out the cool look of the meteor lights. Added bonus- no one in our residential area has meteor lights (our exclusive!). Needless to say, we love the meteor lights and were super impressed with their warranty, customer support, and quick turnaround. I definitely recommend the lights and this seller!

The media could not be loaded. I will definitely recommend it, so easy to put together, and gives a nice touch to your decor. Lights are long and sturdy. Got so many compliments. Every single light worked and I’m loving my outdoor lighting. I don’t even want to take it off after Christmas.

I put one strand of these lights up last year, and receive many compliments, but I purchased 2 more and now even more beautiful. I gave a 4 because the directions say that they connect together, but the ends on all strands were the same. No male connectors, only the female.

The media could not be loaded. These lights are amazing. I have 3 strands hung on our magnolia tree. One strand is quite long. They have a very heavy duty means to connect to each other-quite impressive. I've only had up a few days and already getting compliments like crazy. Definitely a showstopper!

I bought these lights in 2021. They are very beautiful and look great. But they didn't stand up to the cold and wind this year. I purchased 4 strings. They all made it through last year. But this year 1 string developed a short and stopped working shortly after putting them up in the tree. Two other strings actually broke in the cold and wind. The wires actually broke off in several places on both strings. The 4th string is still working. I like the way they look and I'm disappointed they didn't hold up to the wind and cold. They don't hold up hanging from a tree in the winter. If they were securely attached to a railing or something sturdier that tree limps, they might last longer.
