Great set of rails for our 2019 Highlander LE Plus. Popped the caps off, set these up and secured with the j-hook and nut. Little tricky getting the set screws tightened on the under side, but once it was all secured, it was exactly what we needed for a luggage carrier to go on. This fit perfect and is so easy to install. I did it myself in 10-15 minutes and was on my way. Everything is marked so well. I did watch a YouTube tutorial beforehand and that probably helped with the ease of putting it on properly.

If I threw away the instructions before I started I would have finished in half the time. By following the instructions you will have to take the whole thing off once on, to install the small screws which fit so tight in the hole it can not be done after the initial install.. but it seems sturdy overall, would recommend. ... show more
