These crossbars are perfect for the renegade. They were super easy to install and fit like a glove. I don't hear any discernible noise from them even going highway speeds which was one of the things I concerned about with putting cross bars. They look very well made and I love that they are super aerodynamic. Only thing I would love to see as far as the design improvement is a simple cap for the main allen bolt on top, to give it just a bit more protection against the elements... but that's just me being a perfectionist. These things are great and the price is awesome! if you have a Renegade, these are the bars for you.

I am very pleased with these crossbars. First, they've added no appreciable amount of wind noise. Second, although they are adjustable in width, I was happily surprised to discover that they are pre-adjusted to fit in the furthest forward and rearward open gaps in the factory siderails of my 2021 Renegade, giving you the maximum amount of distance between the bars. Because they were pre-adjusted, I was able to install in ten minutes. All I had to do was put them in place, and tighten down the hex bolt with the hex wrench provided. FYI - if you open the box from an end, you might (as I did) not see the instructions and wrench which are taped to the inside of the box. If you open the box lengthwise, you'll no doubt see them!

Pretty easy to install. They are designed for a Renegade so that’s much better than universal ones. The side adjustments can be tricky to deal with because the Allen screws for that are under the cross bars. Limited room and visibility to work on them, and as you tighten them they get harder to see and access. That however is really a non issue. They are near perfect out of the box. Do not over tighten the bolts as indicated. Alternate tightening each side a little at a time. Do not fully tighten one side, then tighten the opposite side. Tighten the bolts most of the way, to where they’re firm, then go drive a little, come back and tighten the rest of the way. They look like factory pieces, designed for this specific car. Pretty happy! Great price too...why pay $200/$300??? Enjoy!

This was a very simple install that took me less than 10 minutes and fits my 2015 Jeep Renegade perfectly. The bars are clearly labeled which one is the front and rear and also which side of the bar faces the front of the vehicle. You need a 4.5mm allen wrench for the install. Here is how I did it: 1. Remove the two allen bolts on top of the bars to release the bottom retainer. 2. Turn the barss upside down and tighten the two allen bolts on the LEFT underside. That will lock one side in place which will help later. 3. Place bars on the roof in the location of your choosing. 4. Looking down from the top of the bars, reinstall the left side bottom retainer and tighten the allen bolt. 5. Move to the right side and reinstall bottom retainer with the allen bolt. 6. Here's the tricky part so have some patience. Reaching underneath the bar, tighten the two locking allen bolts. You won't be able to visually see them so just feel around and keep the cursing to a minimum. 7. After cursing, repeat the previous steps with the other bar. 8. You are now awesome and should reward yourself with pizza or tacos.

They seem to be really nice. They’re sturdy despite being plastic. Installation was really easy, they went on in 5 minutes and got my 2018 Renegade perfectly. They seem like they’ll be a good set of crossbars.

These look fantastic on my 2020 Renegade and they are definitely low noise. I can definitely hear them if I open the my sky, but when it’s closed, with no other noise, I can barely hear them. If you’re playing music or having a conversation you won’t hear the wind at all. They fit fantastic (they’re adjustable with the included Allen wrench). Install is a little annoying because when you’re tightening the bolts that adjust it you’re doing so blindly since they’re on the bottom of the bars. I just used my phone’s camera and set it underneath the bar so I could better see what I was doing. Install was done in about 20 min (and that’s with having accidentally gotten one of the bars backward because I wasn’t paying attention. Oops). These are great and worth the money!

Awesome for the price, easy to put on, they fit perfectly and looks great. I put them on a 2020 Jeep Renegade with the panoramic sunroof and there's absolutely no contact between the two and with decent placement the front bar can be out of view when looking up. Until extras are added that is. Would buy again, hopefully they're as durable as they are nice looking so I won't have to buy again.
