These lamps are a very nice quality and checked off all the boxes. The only negative I have found is that the AC plug in the base will only accomodate certain plugs and it is a tight fit for plugs whose cords come out of the top, which is most. I bought these lamps because of the USB ports and the outlets available on them in addition to their modern look and adjustability. In all of these qualities I am MOST impressed as they sit so nicely on our nightstands. I love the USB ports so I can charge my phone without fishing around for my charger attached to a power strip under my bed. UGH. The outlets on the lamps work very nicely as well as I have a humidifier I plug in on occasion and take advantage of the outlet on the lamp. That being said there ARE some issues that I have run into that are very minor but wish weren't an issue at all. 1.) At it's brightest setting it is not very bright. I wish it was a little brighter but it's nothing to sneer at and I can get by. 2.) I do have some issues with the lamp suddenly shifting on its own in brightness. It will sort of randomly "pulse" for a few seconds, fading to dim to bright and then back to the setting you had it on. Very strange. 3.) One lamp when it is on its brightest setting will suddenly just start flickering like something from The Poltergeist. Violent. Aggressive. Flickering. But only sometimes. Randomly. In order to fix this we have to dim the light a little then it stops. I am not sure if this is a bulb problem or an issue with the lamp or with the power strip it is attached too. Since it rarely happens we have learned to get by because we are patient people and hate returning things. I do recommend these lamps even if we have some minor problems. If I were less patient I would reach out to the seller for a replacement but so far the minor occurrences happen so infrequently it's not worth the time for us. I am knocking one star because of those issues though. ... show more

I purchased this pair of lamps in Sept '22. They have been working well since then. Today, I was unable to turn on one of the lamps (touch control). The bulb is good (I put the bulb in the other lamp and it works fine). Since there is no way other than touch to turn the lamp on, there must be a failure of the touch electronics. Is there a warranty on this item? UPDATE: Contacted the seller and quickly received the replacement lamp. This kind of customer service is all too rare these days. I was not questioned or asked to jump through numerous hoops, unlike a recent experience with Walmart (that was never resolved). THANK YOU, Brightever! ... show more

The design and size are perfect for my side tables but I find that the lamps randomly come on at night. And if you turn them off they come back on by themselves. I have not observed this during the day but very early in the morning before sunrise.
