We own four of these. We love them. The light they emit is perfect. You have three choices of brightness. You can adjust the direction of the light any direction you want. The off/on switch is on the lamp post itself—no awkward floor switches or “under the shade” Knobs. You just run you hand up or down the post and it turns on, adjusts brightness, and turns off. I researched so many lamps prior to buying this one. For our lifestyle, this one is the best. Oh—and we get so many compliments on it. A friend of ours who is an internationally known sculptor said, “what are those?” We said, lamps. She said, “ they’re nice! Very sculptural.” High praise indeed!

Very happy with this purchase! Nice and bright, 3 settings, touch on-off, cool modern look and adjustable. My husband didn't complain at all setting it up so I presume that means it was easy ;-) Brightens up the office area very well.

About a year and a half ago, I purchased one of these lamps. Needing to turn my living/dining area (fairly large space) into a de facto Zoom studio, I needed more light but did not want my living space to look like a brightly lit examining room. So I bought another one. Flanking my desk/table are with two of these lamps answered all of those lighting issues. (If I didn’t have to do Zoom meetings, I probably would have only purchased one lamp cuz it is bright enough for regular use.) The flexibility of being able to (1) brighten or dim the light level and (2) rotate the circular halves of each lamp, along with their slim footprint, really helped to get just the right balance of light for Zoom meetings in the right places so that I had enough light but without glare on the screen, my face, or my reading glasses. These lamps are sturdy, made well, and attractive. I highly recommend them. One of my best purchases ever (and I am in my 60’s, so I have been shopping for more than a minute!)

I bought this for a dark corner of my office, where I have a bookcase. I can never read the book titles because it is so dark in that corner. The lamp was fairly easy to assemble, but the instructions were not explicit enough for an a-mechanical person like me. I had to take it apart and re-assemble after I had realized what the instructions left out. So not really intuitive. Also, I do not think that this is UL approved which makes me nervous. I would never leave it on if I was not around. The lamp is okay-looking, and since it is in a corner of a room upstairs, it is not really visible. I do like the fact that you can move the two bars of the lamp into different configurations--it is perfect for seeing my bookcase.

The light output is spot on 3000k and is stunning to look at on or off, love that the rings can swivel so you can orientate them however looks best to you. Has a very Mid Century Modern vibe to it and the satin black textured finish is classy and the protruding (high, medium, low) touch pad is sensitive and perfectly placed 3/4 up the stem but blends nicely and doesn't detract from the aesthetic of the lamp. Light output is okay but at the end of the day it is just two internal LED strips so don't expect to light your family room with this alone, just for dark corners or warm lighting in a bedroom.

This lamp is a fantastic piece of furniture. I was looking for an ultra modern, functional floor lamp to set beside a chair in my home office and this one was just what I was looking for. It's sturdy, has 3 dimmer settings and the halo design allows to aim light in multiple directions. It was also simple to put together and took just a few minutes. I hightly recommend this lamp. You won't be disappointed.

Sometimes, Amazon needs to allow something higher than 5 stars. Our review of this lamp is one of those times. To say the lamp is fantastic, awesome, stunning, unbelievable are all words that seem lacking. We bought a different lamp from this company and it is equally as dazzling. Together they are the perfect pair. The lamp gives off ambient light when you're watching a movie and the arcs are aimed upwards, but if you want more light than you will ever need, just rotate the arcs downward and hit the high setting....and voila. We love, love, love this lamp. Ironically I found it first on the Lowe's website and ordered it to arrive at our local store in 3 days. It never showed up....so I cancelled the order. I decided to check Amazon. Not only was the lamp here in 2 days, it was $10 lower than the Lowe's price!
