Please note that when using the lamp in this manner, there may be a slight delay in the lamp coming on, as is the case with all LED's controlled externally. Additionally, only the on and off function can be controlled externally; the lamp must be dimmed using the built-in switch. The lamp will arrive well packaged in an 17.9 x 13.9 x 6.8 inch box, fully padded with cardboard and taped securely.
