I have a ecolletic style and this just fits right in. It has three light settings and the brightest is quite bright but the dimmist is very soft. I will be buying another for the price.

    • Very Warm Yellow Light - Even on the brightest setting.
I like the modern look of the light. It is a bit short. My biggest issue is the light color is very yellow even on the brightest setting. There are 3 settings so dimming is very easy, but if you have lights in your house more on the cool side, this will not match at all. Very warm yellow light.

Edit: Ended up returning the light as I couldn't figure out an elegant solution with diffuser paper to make the light's brightness more manageable - it would hurt to look at, even with the dimmest setting. tl;dr - trendy and stylish lamp, easy to set up, but could actually be too bright for some people Style: This is a very modern and trendy lamp! I love the way it looks, and the tone of the brass/gold color easily matches the rest of my decor. Setup: As mentioned in some other reviews, this lamp is very straight forward to set up. It doesn't seem to have replaceable LED bulbs but they are supposed to have a very long life, which may be a pro (low maintenance) or con (once the bulbs are out, you can't replace them) depending on how long you plan on keeping it for. Brightness: The reason why I'm knocking off two star is because the brightness is actually way too bright for the space I initially purchased it for. I wanted to put it in a high traffic living room space, but at the dimmest setting I have trouble staring in the direction of the lamp without it starting to make my eyes and head hurt, even after just a few seconds. I ended up moving it to the guest room/den as it brightens the entire space, and isn't in a location where I would feel like I need to frequently shield my eyes from the light source. I'm not planning on returning it as I really do like the style, and may try DIYing with light diffuser paper to make the brightness more manageable. ... show more

Great lamp but in/off switch is on the top of the lights. Perhaps find a more convenient location for the switch. Works beautifully otherwise.
