1 of 2 night lights I bought doesn't work at all. It looks used because there are scratches on the plastic shield. Reached out to manufacture but didn't return my call. I really like the one that does work because I can set the brightness which is nice & bright in a dark room or hallway. Just wish the other one worked. I am updating my original feedback because I sent the defective one back & Amazon immediately sent a new one. This one works great. You can adjust the amount of light by sliding the bar . It lights up the whole room., & saves me from turning the light switch on to save electricity. ... show more

Other night lights were too dim to be very useful. These ones are just bright enough that you can actually see where you walk in otherwise complete darkness. Using mine on top of smart outlets + motion sensors in a HASS system, so I can actually keep them off all night unless someone walks into a room. So cool. Brightness adjustment is a little tricky to get right, but once you lock it in, it's no problem. I don't actually use their motion detection feature nor know how to use it. From my experience they're just "always on" and I use my smart outlets to control them anyway. ... show more

Actually, these are more like miniature light fixtures when compared to a typical 'night light' - they are super bright! And that's exactly what I wanted - I put one in the bathroom, and it's way better than any 'night light' I've tried in there before. I got the two pack and put the second one in the garage. The dawn/dusk sensors work perfect. These will definitely will cut down the need to constantly turn on the 'big guns', and if they are too bright, the dimmer slider also works great (all the way left is effectively "off"). I just hope they last as long as they're supposed to. :) ... show more
