My mistake was not realizing it was subscription based product, but I thought I’d try it, however they billed me a full year in advance, NOT. When I went to register the product using the Amazon order number it wasn’t able to complete the process. I tried to reach out to the Company, but they don’t work weekends & evenings, only set hours. Paying a subscription should be that someone is available at all hours. I didn’t realize the battery only last 14 days, so twice a month it has to be removed & recharged? That’s crazy. I had better luck with another tracker that didn’t cost a fortune just to maintain locations.

You will have to purchase the gps with a third party, for a low cost. However this is accurate, has great battery life and durable quality.
