I was very skeptical when I opened the package. I didn't expet them to grow because the bulbs looked very dry and very small, nickel size. I put them in a plastic ball with water overnight and plant them the next morning. To my surprise all 15 of them sprout and grow. Bought this in the spring and took a chance and planted in late April. They bloomed in late June and attract many hummingbirds!

I planted the bulbs in different spots in my yard, but none bloomed. They did grow leaves, but no flowers. I have had glads bloom in my yard here in Hawaii before, but not this batch.
