This product was easy to assemble and came very quickly. I got it to try to get my belly in shape after having my son. I’ve tried everything else and figured why not. I thought it was going to be super easy but I was mistaken!! It was a lot harder to keep the ball in motion than I thought. I did one round of 30 minutes and I am exhausted! My legs and abs are tired and I definitely worked up a good sweat. I’m hoping if I do this 5 days a week I can get my mommy pouch to disappear 🤞🏻Hope this review helps others

So todays the second day I used this hoop and after doing some research by reading comments here and on social media of similar products, I came to the conclusion there are some things you can do to make it work a little better. I took one extra link out more than I did yesterday. It was a little uncomfortable, but because it was so solidly around me, it didn’t bend and create places the wheels would catch as it went around. I read somewhere about putting one foot in front of the other and moving slower than you think you should, and I will agree with both of those things too. So make it a little too tight, make the rope as short as it will go (at least to start until you get the hang of it), and do the hip movements slower than you think you should. It definitely takes lots of practice but I do feel like I’m getting better with it. Lol my husband says I look like a video game character as you’re choosing your player. Rocking back and forth like you’re running.

I like the product the first time I started using this. It was kind of difficult for me because I don’t know how to really start but the more you use it the more you start getting the habit of it so I totally recommend it a good way for a workout.

This is actually really fun! Hard to keep it going but it’s all in how you hold your stance but once you get it going it’s fun. The faster you go the more you feel the weight somewhat feeling like it pinches your sides but I think once you get used to it it will be fine. Not going to lie I purchased this being cheap because I didn’t want to spend the money on the one I saw on TicTok! Assembly was rather easy. In my opinion the string is too long, but that was an easy fix. It does work you out, however, while using this it broke apart, and the weight flung across the room. Luckily, no one or nothing was hurt. The first time I thought it was user error, but after having it happen more than 10 times with not just me, others they came over & tried it. We range in sizes and it happened to everyone. I knew it wasn’t us and it was the product. I’m just going to spend the extra money and better one.
