You came here looking for an inexpensive yet entertaining gift for a child. Well, you’ve found the perfect gift... except the parents of said child will hate you for life for buying it. It’s easily the most annoying toy ever and even though you try turning the volume down, it doesn’t quite work. Then the child discovers that it has preset ‘songs’ and that’s when it gets even more annoying. The piano doesn’t shut off so if the child forgets about it or gets bored with it and doesn’t turn it off, it just keeps playing.... FOREVER. Never. Ever. Again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Literally, nothing to review. Straight out of the box this product did not work. It was bought as a gift for our granddaughter for her birthday. She would have loved it, however it never worked. I unpacked it and followed the directions exactly. Nothing worked. Lesson learned many years ago to always unpack and check to make sure all products work before giving as gifts. Children are more disappointed getting a non-working gift than adults that give them. I started the return process. I have been watching my account for a return for a week now. Says the refund was done. The product was shipped the next day and received 2 days after I sent it. I just looked closer and found out that the refund was put on a gift card. What a disappointment. I am not happy about that at all. I was expecting the refund on the card that was used for the purchase.
