First, this machine makes excellent slushies! Easy to use and easy to change the temperature of the liquid. Instructions are obviously translated from another language to English but, are easy to understand. The machine also comes with a spare set of gaskets and gasket lube, which is a big plus. The downside to this machine is that it is loud. When I say loud, I mean it is like a turbo prop aircraft taking off! If you're going to use this in a home, or in an area of your business where people assemble, no one will be able to have a conversation if they are in the vicinity. It is built very well and I'm sure the fan issue will help the electronics and electrical components last a longer time. It weighs around 100 lb so, make sure you have help when you are moving it. I absolutely love this machine it is very easy to use and such a treat especially at parties. The most important of all is the outstanding customer service Alberto is very helpful with any trouble shooting you may have. I have called on several occasions to ask about the machine no matter what day of the week or time of the day my call was always answered by Alberto. I am a business owner myself I appreciate good customer service. I can't say enough about it, the one on one walk you through any questions I have had.     • Too much work for it to function at all
Customer service is one man barking at you to add more sugar when it clicks, sticks, icing up. It is a pain to keep clean and yet has to be cleaned every week. The instructions are obscure and not intuitive - you will need to call customer service and he will bark at you to add sugar. A vicious circle. Oh & no returns ... show more

Let’s start with how beautiful the machine itself is, stainless steel color, super beautiful! While we are talking about it the machine is super easy to clean, even the insides of the machine is not very difficult to clean than most machines, the inside pieces assemble and disassemble rather quickly, just have to hear the the tanks click in, super easy! It only Takes about 45 minutes to completely become slushy which is wonderful time. I think that the machine doesn’t make much noise at all it’s not “quite” but definitely better than industry standard for this size of machine. Love that I can change the thickness of slushy. Anyways overall great purchase! Oh and great customer service as well if you are on the fence about a machine this is the margarita/slushy you want to go with!!!! ... show more

Bravo! to the Bravo Italia margarita machine Party Favorite The Bravo slushie machine makes awesome frozen drinks (Margaritas, Daiquiris, Pina coladas and much more. Also another nice feature is that you can use it as a cold drink dispenser with four separate temperature settings! One big difference between Bravo Italia machine and some of the others is that it has an outer spiral around the outside of the evaporator as well a auger though the middle of the evaporator that makes the slush faster and keeps better consistency of the slush. It's very user friendly and a snap to clean. The only issue that I had is when I went to purchase it thru Amazon it was very hard to find on the Amazon website. They show lots of slush machines but not the Bravo Italia, and when I found it it was only showing the one bowl unit and I wanted the two bowl machine and eventually I found it. This is an awesome machine & I wish I would have purchased the Bravo THREE BOWL SLUSHIE MACHINE!! ... show more

Absolutely love my machine. I’m a chef with a catering company and this is an added bonus for events especially in the summer. I’ve done so many combinations from lemonade to wine slushees each one being a big hit.

    • It's hard to call repair
They don't have anyone can help us to repair the machine when it's keeping give us issue. We reach to them to tell them to give us some service but it's waiting too long for their respond. It's hurting our business.

This was a great machine for us. It worked well for years, even outdoors in Florida heat. We ran it for many hours almost daily in the summers. Sadly you can not get anyone to service the machine unless you have it in a business, as every company I called was not insured to come into a private home. Know that if you purchase this for your home you will not be able to get it fixed when needed. ... show more
