I have been bodybuilding for over 10 years now and playing contact sports and in the process I have overdeveloped my back muscles as well as sustained some trauma to my lower back which created a cascading effect where it was hard for me to stand up straight with my shoulders back, my naturally slumped posture made it hard for me to engage my core when working out, which led to weight gain in my mid section and lower back (Love handle area). Also this sustained positioning issue caused digestive issues and breathing/airway constriction. I tell you that to say, that this project has improved my quality of life ten times over. This tool has helped reenforce the muscles that support my posture and has lead to overnight improvements. I mean literally overnight -Snoring ended the first night. -Allergies have improved -Digestive regularity -I’m getting better workouts in at the gym (I have even worn this brace under my workout clothes to make sure that I am using proper technique, honestly not sure if it was built to withstand that kind of pressure...but so far so good.) Anyway long story short, it’s a very beneficial tool to improve an easily neglected area of the body, that I dare say most people have a problem with and probably don’t even know it. My one negative piece is that, as stated, I’ve been bodybuilding for quite a while so areas around my chest and back are enlarged but without expanding my frame, so the straps have a tendency to ride up into my armpit area causing some discomfort, but this is to be expected, not really sure if there is even a way to improve that. Took a spill on my bike and thought I has wrecked my shoulder. Luckily it turned out to be more soft tissue damage than a break or ligament damage. In my rush to get to the doctor and relieve and limit any additional damage pending results of professional evaluation I bought this product as well as a shoulder brace from another vendor trying to help support things until i got to the doctor. I tend to hunch more than I should and pulling my shoulders back into better posture relived some of the discomfort I was feeling so i bought this product. To simulate how this product works pull your fitted under tee shirt over and behind your head while keeping your arms in the sleeves. That is what this product does without all the bulk of the bunched up shirt. It's functional but I carry some extra weight and I found the straps to be a bit narrow and they bit into my chub. If I had to guess the sizing is intended to make the product less noticeable under your clothes but not all bodies are built the same. Did it work as intended? Yes. Is it difficult to put on and adjust solo? A bit. I think if you look like the two people demonstrating the product this is a fine product but it would be better if there additional sizing.

Before purchasing this item, I researched other brands, and found that a major complaint is that people are needing assistance in actually, getting the product on their body. This is not the case for Branfit posture corrector. I have found it simple to use, and useful in aiding to correct my posture.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because (after a little while of use) it becomes painful underneath the shoulders. However, it's important to note that I suffer from a chronic pain syndrome, and am more sensitive than most healthy individuals. I would also, like to say that I found the company to be extremely, courteous and reputable. You can tell that they are interested in producing a quality product!!!

I've been trying to wear this for three days, and there's a kink in the right strap that I haven't been able to undo. From the first moment I put it on, it began pulling to the bottom as seen in the photo. I've tried everything: I've checked the way it's looped a hundred times in case I twisted it or incorrectly looped it, but that isn't the issue. I've ironed the strap to straighten it out, but that doesn't work. I've tried to put a staple in the loop's spot in order to keep it straight, but it still pulls down. I've taken it off, tried to pull it straight, and put it back on, but it always returns to this kinked state. I can't reach it when I'm wearing it. I even asked a co-worker to fix it—which embarrassed the heck out of me since I didn't want to tell anyone I was wearing it—and it didn't work; they moved it in place, but as soon as I relaxed my body, it went back to the state as seen in the photo. I've tried to bear with it, but it's super uncomfortable and really hurts my right side after a while. This is a huge disappointment, because I've been struggling with posture and back issues for a long time, and I really hoped this would work—and it probably would if it weren't for this one stupid issue that's keeping it from functioning properly. Maybe I have a defective unit? I don't know, but I'm returning this thing as soon as possible. Try another company.

Its supposed to pull your shoulders back and straighten your posture therfore its going to be pretty tight. The straps were a bit uncomfortable but it took the pain out of my neck and upper back while driving a semi. I'll take the trade of a little strap discomfort over the neck and back pain thats for sure. I'd say if you're like me and get those achy spasms from sitting and getting jolted around from our fine roads, give this a try you've got 30 days and who knows it might work for you too.
