I bought this because I have torn my rotator cuff and I haven't gone to the doctor yet. I wear this almost constantly. I have slept in this. It gives great support. It's comfortable and easy to use. You may need help getting the arm velcro fitted on to your arm and then it's easy. I order a bigger size then I needed but it was an easy fix. I just sewed the edges of the back strap after I folded it down. I put it back on and it is great. I took my mom to the doctor and then came home and mowed our front and back yards while wearing this brace. I was so good. My shoulder was protected and I had almost no pain whats so ever. With out this brace I would not have been able to the yard work. If you are having shoulder pain I 100% say buy from the company. It's easy and it works. Any day without pain is a great day!

Omgoodness. I inured my rotator cuff and bicep several weeks ago. I ordered this brace, and received it yesterday. I wore it immediately and was able to more easily do things around the house without putting strain on my shoulder. Last night was the first night that I didn't wake up in excruciating pain while turning in my sleep. The brace is of good quality, adjustable and very comfortable. I wish I'd known about it sooner. I definitely recommend!!

Recently dislocated my right shoulder. Needed a brace immediately so I ordered this and it came in within hours same day. I’m 5’8 190lbs, muscular build, big chest and big arms. This is a great solution for moderately active people. I am wearing it to work and it keeps popping off. I move construction equipment and machines. The size feels good but it’s not a to stretch and hold hike I’m moving. The Velcro is poor quality. The overall feel is comfortable to wear all day. The brace absolutely does help and provides support where you need it. I would NOT buy again simply because it doesn’t stay on so it’s basically pointless. If the design is revised for a more active person with athletic body type, it will probably be a perfect product. Price is very fair. Shipping was lighting fast

The brace supports very well and helps to reduce pain. The Velcro is plenty strong for moderate activity. The adjustable chest strap is adjustable from both ends which is nice to get that snug fit.

I don't have an item review yet, as I just received the shoulder brace earlier today. I'm pretty good at figuring things out, but this stumped me for a bit. First of all, the wrong instructions were in the box. I received instructions for a Back Support. I had to go online and watch the video. Still wasn't 100% clear, but I eventually worked it out. Wrote the previous note the beginning of Oct. I have been wearing the compression brace since and I must say, I'm happy I decided to try it. I have a small tear of the rotator cuff. Dr. doesn't want to operate for a couple of reasons. It took a few days, but then I felt that the pain had ebbed. I like the feeling of the compression on my arm. Not comfortable sleeping with it on, but the pain at night without it is less as well, so I do get a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this brace. I also bought a "cold pack brace", but the weight of it is very uncomfortable. The Copper Compression is way more comfortable. Have been using the Copper Compression for awhile now and highly recommend it. It has helped the pain a great deal.

The item didn’t fit. Strap length to short causing irritation under the arm. Uncomfortable when wearing. I have had other copper fit products that were great but this one was not as I expected.

It does the job well, very secure velcro straps and easy to put on. However, I'm quite skinny and when I wear the brace properly, one of the clips sits right on the edge of my shoulder blade causing lots of discomfort. I put a padded seatbelt cover over that piece which has greatly helped to alleviate that discomfort, so if you're a thin build I'd highly recommend either a brace with more padding or adding extra padding over the clips on this brace.
