Trying to eat and cook more healthily, so means making other kinds of flour; oat flour, instead of wheat, etc. Need a blender that can handle that, and this does that with ease. Took a whole container of rolled oats and turned it into oat flour. Also pureeing vegetables into soups; is easy breezy. Save lots of money making my own healthier versions and the price of the appliance didn't break the bank. Have been using it for about a month. Have tried making nut butter, not sure if my ingredients were proper, cause the almonds turned to dust, instead of butter.LOL! I've also made tons of smoothies. Either way, from not ever owning a blender to having this faux Vitamix, it's all good, and I don't need another appliance.

I was nervous getting this but OMG I love it so much! I have had it a couple months and I make smoothies almost every day. I put spinach in and it becomes totally smooth , no lumpy gritty texture. I even threw a handful of trail mix (nuts, dried cherries) into a smoothie once and it still blended up perfect ! I also started making juice in it: mango lemonade, raspberry lemonade, w frozen fruit ! I'm so hydrated and happy. I've also made "ice cream" w frozen peaches. So smooth. So fast! Like less than a minute for a healthy smoothie! And it's pretty easy to rinse out if you do it right away. Oh and I made perfect hummus once too. I still haven't tried making soup but when it gets colder I will totally try it. The other reviews talk about the lid being hard to get off but I'm kinda glad because it's a powerful blender -- I'm sure the tight seal prevents a lot of spills/accidents. Especially if you make hot food in it. I've been terrible about eating well lately and because this thing is so easy and fast, its really helpful for getting fruit and veg every day.

La compré para usarla en un negocio de alimentos, tenia mis reservas acerca de su desempeño y fui sorprendido gratamente. Compite perfectamente con el equivalente en la marca Vitamix a una fracción del precio de ésta. Hay que leer el manual.

I looked and researched blenders for a while and wanted something that would produce a creamy smoothie from using kale, veggies and fruits. This does a great job. It's powerful and easy to clean. I have not had issues with the lid but I also don't put it on fully. I push it down to seal but not all the way. I don't think it's loud compared to other blenders I have used. I would definitely recommend this blender.

I have a vitamix but I’m in between cross country moves staying with family for 2 months. I use my vitamix every single day but it’s in storage. I bought this to get me by. This blender is not even close to a vitamix but it’s close enough. It will not give you a super smooth blend on greens and fruit. However, it does the job of a blender just fine. It’s okay if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a vitamix or a blend tek. But at this price point I would say it’s good because not everyone can spring for the best.
