I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. The Brand-Man Griddle Grill Combo has completely changed the way I cook outdoors. From the moment I set it up, I could tell it was high quality. The construction feels solid, the materials are durable, and it looks great on my patio. The best part is how versatile it is. The griddle side is perfect for breakfast — I’ve made pancakes, eggs, and bacon all at once. Then I switch over to the grill side for burgers, steaks, and veggies later in the day. It heats up quickly and evenly, so everything cooks just right every single time. Cleanup is way easier than I expected. The grill and griddle is really impressive as it’s my very first one, I love how it could be used as a full grill or full griddle or even half and half to barbecue on one side and sauté veggies on the other. It’s makes cooking time quick and easy as you can do it all at once. It could be portable but heavy it has wheels for easy moving and lastly it fits nicely in my outdoor kitchen space.

Although this grill was delivered damaged it seemed to be a super nice grill. My teenage son and I put it together. When I notified customer service of the damage I wasn't asking for a refund or replacement, only to let them know that the delivery service was not a good choice. They quickly responded, asking for pictures of the damaged parts. They must have decided it was too much to just send the parts, and quickly offered a refund or replacement. I hesitantly chose a replacement because my son was so excited to have the grill. They immediately sent us a new grill, which was also damaged in shipping. I was told I could donate the original grill. I pieced together from the 2, one nice looking grill, and donated the other. I did not get an opportunity to actually use the grill because family didn't get to come together for Mother's Day, so I was going to return it. Amazon accepted the return request, but charged a really large fee for the return. I contacted the company to ask if i could avoid the huge return fee. They informed me that they couldn't give a refund anyway because they sent the replacement. Since I wasn't going to pay a fee over and above paying for the grill, and return the grill for nothing, I decided to use it. After having it on for just a couple minutes I heard a loud noise. Next thing we knew we were gagging from a propane leak from the grill. It ruined our steaks with the fumes. Also, the griddle side had started showing damage from the heat before i could even use it. Now we are stuck with a defective grill, because they insisted on compensating us for the delivery failure to begin with. Make sure you know the return policy before you order. I wish I had taken the refund to begin with. Now I'm stuck with a defective grill, and a very disappointed son.
