It arrived way quicker then it originally said so that was great! Its easy to clean and very sturdy! Very easy to set up and just start grilling! I am so excited for lots more grill outs this summer. I got this grill and griddle combo, and I’m honestly impressed. The versatility is the biggest win you can grill on one side and use the griddle on the other at the same time, which makes cooking for a group so much easier. I’ve done burgers, pancakes, and even stir-fry all in one setup. The build feels sturdy, and I like the double lids because it helps keep heat in when needed. It heats up pretty quickly and the burners give good control over the temperature. The side shelves are also really helpful for prep space. Assembly took a little time, but it wasn’t too complicated if you follow the instructions. Cleaning the griddle is simple, especially if you season it properly. I absolutely love this grill! It was delivered quickly and it was a big package! First thing is that it was actually easy to assemble. The pieces were nice and shiny, I love the look of a brand new grill. Very impressed with the two compartment top. Makes it convenient for me when im cooking things that I dont want my meat touching! Or separating my fish and veggies! Love the pull out sides where I can place my condiments for burgers and my grill equipment! It has wheels so I can easily move it around the backyard, the board where I can prep before turning it on is an absolute must! Over all this is a really nice propane grill! This is way better than my old Blackstone one and I would recommend this one over that brand. My husband loves this and has been grilling now twice a week where as before it would be like once a month so even hes excited about it! Worth the price for a great grill! The heat distributes evenly too unlike my last grill where it was kind of off temp in the middle or off to the upper sides. If you want a top tier grill this is the one! ... show more

Although this grill was delivered damaged it seemed to be a super nice grill. My teenage son and I put it together. When I notified customer service of the damage I wasn't asking for a refund or replacement, only to let them know that the delivery service was not a good choice. They quickly responded, asking for pictures of the damaged parts. They must have decided it was too much to just send the parts, and quickly offered a refund or replacement. I hesitantly chose a replacement because my son was so excited to have the grill. They immediately sent us a new grill, which was also damaged in shipping. I was told I could donate the original grill. I pieced together from the 2, one nice looking grill, and donated the other. I did not get an opportunity to actually use the grill because family didn't get to come together for Mother's Day, so I was going to return it. Amazon accepted the return request, but charged a really large fee for the return. I contacted the company to ask if i could avoid the huge return fee. They informed me that they couldn't give a refund anyway because they sent the replacement. Since I wasn't going to pay a fee over and above paying for the grill, and return the grill for nothing, I decided to use it. After having it on for just a couple minutes I heard a loud noise. Next thing we knew we were gagging from a propane leak from the grill. It ruined our steaks with the fumes. Also, the griddle side had started showing damage from the heat before i could even use it. Now we are stuck with a defective grill, because they insisted on compensating us for the delivery failure to begin with. Make sure you know the return policy before you order. I wish I had taken the refund to begin with. Now I'm stuck with a defective grill, and a very disappointed son. ... show more

Backyard dinners have been easier since this grill and griddle combo came in. My husband wanted one setup that could handle burgers for him, vegetables for me, and quick food for our daughter without turning the kitchen into a mess on warm evenings. The grill side works well for meat, while the flat side is handy for onions, eggs, fried rice, and smaller pieces that would fall through regular grates. Having separate lids and controls makes it easier to cook different foods at the same time without rushing back and forth. The front area for sauces and the side shelves are useful because I always end up carrying plates, tongs, buns, and seasonings outside together. It is a large unit, so assembly took a little patience, but the finished setup feels sturdy and looks nice on our patio. Cleanup has been simple after it cools down, and the slide out grease tray keeps most of the mess in one place. The wheels help when we need to shift it around, even though we mostly keep it in the same spot. For our family, it has become a useful outdoor cooking setup with plenty of room and enough flexibility for casual weekend meals. ... show more

This grill is ok for the money. We do like have the combo of the traditional grill with the flat top. The cooking area was a little smaller than I realized but for the two of us it works. The biggest issue for me is to avoid grease buildup you have to remove the brackets for the grease trap tray to be able to clean properly. Since the bottom is not enclosed we have trouble when it rains the grease tray pans fill with water and spill out. A grill cover would be a benefit to solve that problem. Over all it's an ok grill but not the best overall quality in my opinion especially for the price. ... show more

You won’t be disappointed with this grill! It’s absolutely AMAZING!! It’s very durable and sturdy. I have a name brand one I’m giving away because this has become my favorite! It’s easy to set up. It’s easy to use! I have plenty of cooking space for my family and I. I have a medium sized gazebo it goes under and it fits perfectly there with plenty of room for my lounge set. To be honest it’s worth the money! I can go and on about the positive things about this grill!! It’s a summer staple in our house. I’m so glad I chose this one!! We wanted a grill that had a grate side and a griddle side. I could have gotten a similar name brand grill for about the same cost but went with this because it looked like it had higher lids. After only using the grill twice... its already damaged. First, the lid warped in the corner from the heat (see pic and video). On top of that... the griddle ended up buckling from the heat and now wobbles (see video). The first time heating up the grill, the rubber/ plastic bumpers on the bottom of the lid melted and again, after two uses, the stainless steel has already discolored from the heat! Some of the designs on this is also questionable. Not sure why they have the propane tank just hanging on the outside when there is room under the grill to hold it (see pic). You can't fold the side shelf all the way down! I took the warming rack off the grate side because it was too low and got in the way of cooking and cleaning (see pic of it sitting on bottom shelf). The few positives so far are the burners light pretty well and the grill gets very hot quickly. The front shelf that folds down is handy to put plates, trays or spices on. Overall... I probably would not pick this grill again if I could go back in time knowing what I know. I will be surprised if i get maybe 3 years out of it. ... show more
