What really caught my eyes when I was shopping for a new grill is that this BrandMan model offers the unique combination of gas and charcoal grilling. In my opinion this is a great feature that is rarely offered by other grills. The grill was easy to set up and instructions was pretty clear. It did take me like 2 hours to put it together but that’s mostly because I like to put things together slowly and try to do it right the first time. Looking forward to many uses of this grill during the upcoming warm weather.

I have been searching for a grill/griddle combo for my husband for Father's Day. We ordered this one and it arrived on time, however the box was HORRENDOUSLY damaged. I tried to stay positive, but upon opening, the grill matched the box. I reached out to the company with the delivery pictures and pictures from the damage to the grill during shipping. They got back to me right away and shipped me a new grill and didn't make me hassle with returning the old grill; super thankful because that would have been SO challenging because of the box issues. Best of all, we just received the replacement grill today (1 week away from Father's Day), so my husband still gets to use his new grill on Father's Day!! Which I'm extra thankful for, because we are hosting a ton of people! This grill took my 15 year old daughter and I about 40 minutes to setup! It was so easy! It is such a beautiful grill/griddle combo!! Father's Day was saved thanks to their amazing customer service! I would definitely order from this company again!

After using the Brand-Man dual fuel grill for a couple of weeks now, I can confidently say this is hands-down one of the best outdoor cooking investments I’ve made. From the moment it was assembled, I could tell the quality was top-notch. The material thickness of the grill body and cooking grates is impressive—solid and sturdy, giving you confidence that this beast is built to last. The fit of all the parts is incredibly precise. The lids close snugly, the grates sit flush without wobbling, and the knobs feel smooth and premium when adjusting the flames. Speaking of flames, the heat level this thing can reach is phenomenal. Whether you’re searing steaks on high heat or doing a slow smoke on the charcoal side, it holds and distributes heat consistently across the surface. The dual fuel feature gives you the best of both worlds—convenient gas on one side and flavorful charcoal grilling on the other. One of the biggest surprises was the portability. Even with its hefty build and dual chambers, the locking caster wheels and sturdy side handles make it incredibly easy to move around the patio. It feels mobile without sacrificing stability. Although this grill was delivered damaged it seemed to be a super nice grill. My teenage son and I put it together. When I notified customer service of the damage I wasn't asking for a refund or replacement, only to let them know that the delivery service was not a good choice. They quickly responded, asking for pictures of the damaged parts. They must have decided it was too much to just send the parts, and quickly offered a refund or replacement. I hesitantly chose a replacement because my son was so excited to have the grill. They immediately sent us a new grill, which was also damaged in shipping. I was told I could donate the original grill. I pieced together from the 2, one nice looking grill, and donated the other. I did not get an opportunity to actually use the grill because family didn't get to come together for Mother's Day, so I was going to return it. Amazon accepted the return request, but charged a really large fee for the return. I contacted the company to ask if i could avoid the huge return fee. They informed me that they couldn't give a refund anyway because they sent the replacement. Since I wasn't going to pay a fee over and above paying for the grill, and return the grill for nothing, I decided to use it. After having it on for just a couple minutes I heard a loud noise. Next thing we knew we were gagging from a propane leak from the grill. It ruined our steaks with the fumes. Also, the griddle side had started showing damage from the heat before i could even use it. Now we are stuck with a defective grill, because they insisted on compensating us for the delivery failure to begin with. Make sure you know the return policy before you order. I wish I had taken the refund to begin with. Now I'm stuck with a defective grill, and a very disappointed son.

I believe this grill is a good value. It seems to be well-made. It gets very hot without huge flames, so I have enjoyed cooking on it. Each of the three burners have their own igniter. The shelves on both sides are sturdy and fold down. The grill does come off the stand for portability but doubt I will use this feature. The grill locks to the base with good hardware so it seems like a single unit anyway. My son used it and is getting one as well.

This grill is ok for the money. We do like have the combo of the traditional grill with the flat top. The cooking area was a little smaller than I realized but for the two of us it works. The biggest issue for me is to avoid grease buildup you have to remove the brackets for the grease trap tray to be able to clean properly. Since the bottom is not enclosed we have trouble when it rains the grease tray pans fill with water and spill out. A grill cover would be a benefit to solve that problem. Over all it's an ok grill but not the best overall quality in my opinion especially for the price.

Great grill and griddle. Took a little over an hour to put together and it fired right up. The only reason for 4 stars is the drip pan on one side was damaged in transit, but I was able to get it bent back out so it isn't really a problem. Still very happy with this purchase!
