I work at a small family owned steel factory and my job requires quite a bit of heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and turning. I knew I have been practicing proper listing techniques for many years, but I wanted something more with a little support. When wearing the belt, you quickly realize your body has to bend and move in certain ways to lift a box off the ground for instance, while the belt gives your back the support it needs. The steel rods in the belt are a big reason for this, and they work to give you the comfort you deserve. At the end of the working day (8 hours), I typically take my belt off to let my back breathe and see how my body works without the belt, but I love the fact its always there. When you need back support, I'd recommend to a little homework first because different support belt work in different ways. But I have to give this belt a high 5 stars.
