Had my grill shipped from Cali to NY. I even called to speak with someone from the company before dishing out $900 on a grill from a company that I wasn’t familiar with. Company agent was pleasant to speak with. Grill was delivered a bit late because it was ground shipped across the country. Was delivered in a 175 lb box on a pallet that you can move easily with a hand truck or a second person. A lot of pieces to put together. Took about 1-1/2 hours to build and I was moving. Couple tricky / unclear parts in instructions and I used to work on helicopters lol. But - it was figured out and grill came out fantastic. Grill looks VERY sharp. Lots of compliments already. Color is sleek. Pop up side table is amazing to have. Grill cranked perfectly on first attempt. Temp gauge is spot on. Plenty of grilling space. Grill gets very hot with hood down. Nice even cooking all around. Just note - burners stop about 1 inch from the very front of the grill so 1 inch- all the way across the front is a dead spot for heat. Comes with griddle plate replacement for one side of burner which is awesome. Side burners cranks a beautiful stove top flame. Overall amazing grill. Couldn’t be happier. Company even said they’ll send out parts if ever needed so hoping to have this for a long time. I told the company rep I wished there were more reviews, so here is me doing my part. ... show more

    • Not easy to assemble but has everything!
Took us a couple weeks to complete the assembly. One part had the screw holes in the wrong place. Contacted seller and they graciously sent us a replacement part. It was a bit inconvenient but I have to say, their customer service is top notch. If the assembly is a big factor to whether u will purchase or not… it definitely takes more than one person to put together and there is some guesswork with understanding the directions. Parts are not labeled and some of the parts look almost exactly alike in the drawings. We were prepared for this after reading the reviews so it was not a deterrent to our purchase decision. After all is said and done tho… it was super easy to hook up the propane tank and get started with grilling. It’s a high quality heavy duty grill. Makes grilling so very easy!     • Update-only lasted a year
UPDATE: After having the grill for a year (purchased Sept 2022), it has stopped working. Won’t light and no gas running through the lines. I thought my propane tank was empty so I replaced it, but when I turn the gas tank on, there’s gotta be a leak somewhere because no propane is making it to the burners. I thought maybe the ignition wasn’t working, but there’s truly no propane making it to the burners. Loved this grill up til now, but now it’s just a $1000 piece of junk on my patio. Great looking and functioning grill. Took about an hour to assemble by myself. A lot of steps but I didn’t find it as bad as some other reviewers. Regardless, it was well worth the time and money. It really does have a huge cooking area, heats up quickly and easy to control the temperature, tons of room for storage, and I love the cast iron griddle. ... show more

Great looking grill at a reasonable price. It’s advertised as an American company out of California but the grill is made in China which is somewhat disappointing. The sheet metal is thin but is nicely powder coated, hopefully it holds up. Plenty of storage in the cabinet under the grill. The assembly was a pain. About 30 something steps, took about 4hrs. No way can this be completed in 1 hr like the instructions suggest. The side burner supply line is stuffed into the bottom of the grill and was hard to find. Directions are somewhat lacking and hard to tell the orientation of some of the pieces… Other than that hopefully will get many good years out of this grill for half the price of a Webber. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. And keeps on grilling. Had a major rainstorm with 60mph winds and knock my grill down to the ground as you can see. Picked it up cleaned it checked for damage to lines or anything else and nothing! Amazing grill.

    • Good grill with cast iron grilling surface
This is not a cheap product. It is a well-made barbeque grill. The grilling surface is made of cast iron, the burners have individual igniters. I would give this product five stars except for two areas that I feel can be improved. 1) The base is comprised of three pieces. That means that the end pieces, attached with two screws, remain flexible until the grill is almost completed and the top end caps are installed. This can be an issue if the grill in not on a perfectly level ground. The base should be one stamped piece. 2) The end sides do not come all the way up to the top end caps. There are sizable gaps on both sides which gives the unit a somewhat unfished look. This is not a deal breaker, but for a grill that cost this much, bringing the end sides all the way up would have created a much cleaner look. Finally I had to modify the left door top hinge bracket to achieve an acceptable gap between the left and left center doors. ... show more

Great grill, burns hot, easy assembly with clear instructions. Have yet to use the griddle but it was exactly what i was lookong for. The table could use a stronger msgnet to hold it closed but it is not a big deal to push it back in place now and again.

Received our grill on Friday (great delivery team) and paid for assembly for Saturday. Couldn’t wait to grill and was well worth the wait! Would definitely recommend this product and definitely recommend paying to have it assembled. Wonderful experience!
