This back brace belt came in a medium size and is true to the listed size. The belt provides good lumbar support and is easy to adjust and stays hooked in the front. The additional lumbar pad really does provide a good pressure on the lumbar muscles to relieve pain. While advertised as super breathable, I only found the interior gray fabric slightly breathable. This back brace supports my lower back when working around the shop and yard, while being comfortable to wear for an extended period.

This back brace has great support and really helps with a fatigued back when standing or repeated bending while working. The addition of the lumbar pad is a nice touch as well, providing additional support right where it is needed.
