This product is perfect! Very well designed! It is comfortable yet tough at Velcro straps too allow arm motion without snapping off. At first glance the straps seem too large to go through the loops, but that is not the case: the straps are made of a soft cushion-like material that comes through the loops with a little bit of maneuvering. It easier to adjust the brace once you have it on your arm. The straps indeed can adjust to even skinny arms. I suspect that the reviewers claiming that the product is too large did not try to pull the straps through the loops, which a first glance seems impossible. This is a great product and the fit is perfectly adjustable for everyone. The manufacturer just needs to provide better usage instructions to the customers. ... show more

Bought this at suggestion of my doctor for elbow pain. Cushion is soft and it appears well made but there are several issues which make it quite aggravating to use. The first is that the velcro is attached such that there is a ridge where it is thicker and that makes it very hard to thread through the loops or to tighten it. The second issue I find is that the upper strap pinches your inside elbow when bending your arm. If the brace was a bit longer overall this might not be a problem. ... show more
