See the video attached. I connected this to my PC and i am able to get sound from the headset but the microphone does not work. I tried everything as indicated in my pics but mic does not work for nothing. The manual suggests a blue ring on the headset for muting and un-muting but no light comes on when connected to my PC (on my phone it works). I bought this to use for online classes and now i have a product that is useless to me. I emailed seller for support but no response thus far. ... show more

    • If you want quality, go for something else, seriously.
I never write reviews for anything, but I had to write something for this. The headphones are eh. The ear parts are really small, but i have small ears and a small head, so it fit me okay, but even to me the ear cuffs were small af. And since I have a small head, I had to readjust the head fitting. My sister has the Razor headphones which I didn't like because they are very bulky and don't grip to your head, but these do grip and arent bulky, which I liked, but the mic doesnt work. I never had any bad luck with anything I have ordered online, so I bought these even though the bad reviews said not to. The mic doesnt work at all. Maybe I got a bad batch idk, but it doesn't work at all. The bluetooth also doesnt work. I followed the instructions to pair it, but it doesn't work. The sound is p alright though. But like a review I read said, if you want good headphones, go for the expensive ones, dont go for these unless you want only a few things working. And even then, if they work, they will only work a 5/10. I ended up buying the Turtle Beach headset stealth 600, which are MUCH better. If you barely care about gaming and want to be cheap, these are the ones. If you want good quality, go for anything else. These are trash. So, one mans trash, is another mans treasure. Also, forgot to add that the bluetooth doesnt work. Not for my ps4 nor my Samsung phone ... show more

I bought these for mobile gaming on my Android devices and I'm very happy. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear for a few hours. The mic boom that slides out is a very nice feature for when you're not gaming and just listening to music or watching video. The boom mic is flexible so you can adjust the proximity to your mouth. The battery and playtime are both outstanding, as I have yet to run out of power. But if you do run out of power, there is a wired option as well. These are nice overall size as well, as they are not too huge or bulky. The Bluetooth connection is also excellent with very good sound quality. I've basically had no problems with these headphones. The carrying case that comes with these is also nice. It has a hard shell, zipper close, and lined inside. Very happy with these. ... show more

    • Quite good bluetooth headset with retractable boom mic!
The main reason I purchased this is because I needed a bluetooth headset with boom mic and descent playtime (~20 hours or above). This fulfilled all my requirements and more! The audio quality is quite good, the boom mic is very good in picking up my voice, it has both BT and wired connection in case the battery runs out which is awesome!. Only draw back is the pop-out boom mic mechanism is little flimsy, it's too flexible and sometimes we'll have to straighten it out before talking. Not a big problem though!     • ONLY charges with INCLUDED micro USB cable!
We received the first headset (which ships directly from JLab, taking about ten days to arrive), and noticed that it was not charging. I tried the included cable, and that worked, but no other micro USB cables we had on hand worked at all. This is NOT clear from the product description, so I assumed this was a defective product and returned it. Since this is for my 7-year-old son, we ordered the "JLab Audio JBuddies Play Gaming Wireless Kids Headset" version of this headset instead, but we just received it, and it appears to be 100% identical to this one (even the packaging), so they clearly shipped the same product again, and it has the SAME PROBLEM!! We have other JLabs headsets, all of which we've been happy with, and none of them have this particular issue. And we are otherwise quite content with the features and functionality of this headset as well. But if a proprietary cable is required for this particular headset for some unfathomable reason, that should be CLEAR in the product description to avoid the hassle of returns and unsatisfied customers. ... show more

    • They Lag with my Oculus Quest
I bought these to use wirelessly with my Oculus Quest. I used them first on my PC. connecting using the BT connection on the Windows Gaming PC. I then played CoD: Modern Warfare. they had no latency or lag and they sounded great! I then disconnected the BT to my PC. I then went and paired them to my Oculus Quest. it was easy. I played "Dead and Buried" and there was a 3/4 second lag. just enough to be annoying. though once again, they sounded really good! they also have wired connection that I will use with the Oculus Quest. I also paired it with my Tablet to see if that lagged while watching a movie. it does. not so bad as to be a distraction. but if your looking for lag you can tell its just a hair off. But once again... they sounded great watching "Solo: A Star Wars story". by great I mean the explosions really popped, the blaster fire really sound clear and good. so for me, they sounded really good, but they LAG! would have given it 1 star for the lag but gave it 3 stars for the sound. ... show more
