If you have a gut (overweight) and have back pain like me, you know the struggles to find a brace that is supportive. I am 220lbs and 5’5”. My problem with other braces is always the rolling in the front, or simply not enough coverage on your tummy to give you that support for your spine. This brace is slightly bulky looking on your back, but I would rather be supported and keep my pain down, than look slender with a weak brace. It really is worth the money. I have low back paid along with mid thoracic pain. This brace goes from my belt line to below my shoulder blades, and the stomach support is outstanding. I believe it has some kind of plastic to keep it from rolling. I cannot stress this enough, buy it and try it. I am ecstatic to finally have a brace that actually supports me.

BRACE ALIGN Back Brace- My old back Brace was overdue for retirement. It wouldn't hold me the way a big guy needs to be. I finally splurged on a new back brace and I am so happy I found BRACE ALIGN. This is a quality product. I weigh 260 pounds and this brace holds me well. You will not be disappointed in this carefully thought out and well made brace. It is very comfortable and helps with my posture very well. I've only had it for about a week so I'm not yet sure how durable it is over time, but so far it's doing very well. Compared to other braces I've had though, this one does the job. Others I've had couldn't hold the weight.

I’ve been wearing back belts or braces of some kind for over 20 years. I will have to admit that the brace/belt is top of the line quality made. Others complain about the ropes but their issues is they want to pull it tight like a corset and it doesn’t need to be pulled that tight. The back brace gives great comfort by keeping the spine aligned and upright. The sides pads allow the greatest stability and can be adjusted between small medium and large or not used at all. The belt is a one size fits all but once you get it adjusted properly you’ll never tell the difference. The material and craftsmanship of this belt will allow it to last for many years to come. I can sit, lye down, recline in my favorite chair and most of all I can sleep in my own soft comfortable bed without the nagging little back pains. Later today is the real test, riding in the car but I’m optimistic, with the formed back brace and the two side pads I should have the most comfortable ride that I’ve had in over 20 years.

Pulled a muscle in my back and could barely walk. After looking at all of my options for back support braces this seemed to be the best value. Im sure glad I got it. After wearing it for about 1 week, I was feeling much better. Now I can get back to my normal life and I'm confident this will be around if and when I need it again. I experienced zero issues with the product and you can certainly get it as tight as you want it to be. I loved the fact that it was more or less a one size fits all adjustable brace, and it cost a fraction of the price compared to the leading brand, that gives you less. This comes with extra supports for the lumbar, and the sides. I dont think you would be dissapointed.

My husband had 360 back surgery in December and has to wear this brace for 3 months. The brace we were going to get from the Dr. was identical but was several hundred dollars more. The value and expectations certainly met what we needed. It provides the support he needs to remind him what he should and shouldn’t be doing post-op. It does get a little uncomfortable sitting after a while but that is expected with anything you would wear like this so I don’t think that is any fault to the brace. It does what it says it’s supposed to, it’s good quality, and it fit our needs.

It is “okay. uncomfortable to sit in. Somewhat difficult to put on. Provides good support as long as you get it on correctly. I was hot in it, but was able to stand and walk for a longer time.

There are directions but it’s very confusing and it’s not made clear anywhere that you’re going to have to cut panels off of this to size it to fit you. I did not feel comfortable doing that because I’m not sure if I can return it if it’s still it doesn’t work for me if I cut it. Plus I’m in a lot of pain and I don’t wanna sit there trying to cut a thick brace! This brace is way too big for a petite woman- I am 5’3”. I tried folding it to the size medium which should fit me but as you can see from the pictures it’s humongous and the pull things have to be pulled so far over if they go all the way around the back and it still does not feel very supportive. I wore this for about 10 minutes and it did feel like it supported the middle of my back which I’m having a lot of pain in however it was very uncomfortable when sitting down it pushed into my breasts made me feel like I can’t breathe. I went to a medical supply- they just brought one brace out for me to try and that one was also way too big in the vertical direction for me and pushed on my breasts. Just like this one. They would not allow me to try it to see if it would work and I was not gonna pay $60 for it, and then not be able to return it. $60 was the co-pay for that one! The medical supply company was charging the full amount allowed which was $600! This whole industry is one big scam. I have a compression fracture of L4 and I’m still in pain after about five weeks later. It took 2 to 3 weeks to even get a prescription written properly and try a brace. I asked my doctor for a recommendation for a brace I can just buy online and I have not heard back from them yet. So I looked up lso on Amazon and I figured at least I can return it if I don’t like it. This one was $30 more than the one at the supply store which was also an LSO. I am not sure what to do here but I’m sending this one back I can’t believe they would send something so confusing- I watched the video and it’s so fast it really does not explain each step that you’re supposed to do- nowhere in their video or their information here does it ever tell you you’re gonna have to cut this- your only find that out when you get the package and read the tiny insert that comes with it. I called the support number and no one answers- it is the weekend so I left a message however I’m sending it back- it’s useless for me and started to cause more pain after a few minutes.
