This is my first time buying a steamer. I thought the steam alone would unwrinkle the clothes, but you have to put the steam iron where the steam comes out directly on the clothes. So it's essentially ironing standing up. To me it's better than old-school ironing. But you do have to pull the area being steamed taught and it's just like an iron in that you have to make sure both sides of the article of clothing is straight with no wrinkles prior to steaming. Then you have to steam the other side too. Not as convenient as I was hoping but the steamer works well, no issues with it.

Looks good, but very disappointing in use. It takes much longer than 30 seconds to heat up, and the steam is weak—barely removes wrinkles, especially on thicker fabrics. The large water tank doesn’t help since performance is poor. Sometimes it leaks, and it’s bulkier than expected for travel. Not worth the money.
