    • Doesn't fit as expected
Well for starters, I live in Ohio so this is not a winter coat, it's more like a spring jacket. My sin is 10 years old with the average 10 year old structure just a little more muscular so I figured I would order a size 14/16 so he could grow into it, well I should have ordered a size up from that because the 14/16 runs small and fits like a 12/14 so he'll only be wearing it until the end of spring, I dont think he'll be able to fit it even for next fall.. other than that, the Jack is nice looking and so is the style. Color: Army Green(thicken) Size: 14
My grandson has a thicker tummy area. He normally wears a size 16boys so I bought him a size 18. He is also short. So he reports to me that this coat fits him around the tummy but is a little long. I think this is more due to his proportions. He says the coat is soft and warm and that as an 8 yr old he loves the camo look. I would recommend this coat :) ... show more

I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I ordered it thinking that it would be a nice warm winter coat for my grandson. He is 6 and I ordered a size 8 thinking that it would last him a while. It barely fits him. And it's not very heavy. It's more like a fall jacket than a winter coat. The fit is very small. He is 6 and very slim. I ordered a size 8 so he could be comfortable wearing it over sweatshirts and other winter clothes. If he wears a heavy sweater or sweatshirt with it it will be too tight. ... show more

This coat is great for the price. The construction seems sturdy and my son likes it. I bought a size 5 for my son who is 4.5yo and it fits him great. He’s 3.5ft tall and about 38lbs. We are in MN, where it can get to -40 degrees. I’m pleased with this coat for our winters. I would buy this again. and probably will in a larger size for when he grows. ... show more

    • Broken Zipper
Jacket arrived with the main zipper handle bent and broken off. Being the day before a big trip I reattached the zipper handle only the learn the actual zipper was broken too (zips up but not down). Most likely someone purchased the jacket before me, learned the zipper was broken, tried to force it, broke the handle off, and then returned. Terrible quality control on Amazons part to send that to me like that. That said because I really liked the jacket otherwise and no time to find a replacement I spent almost the cost of the jacket to replace the zipper at an alterations store. Anyway, jacket looks great but the main zipper may be trash and Amazon does check returns for issues. ... show more

The print and material of this coat was nice, especially for the price. However, it is very small. My son is very skinny and is usually swimming in clothes/jackets, but this was so tight through the arm holes, chest and body. The hood was oversized, but set back a bit on the one we received and it looked very strange when he put it around his head. He hated the fit, but loved the print. We returned it. ... show more

    • Lightweight and runs small
It is very lightweight even though it’s fleece lined. Also the camo design feels and looks cheap. I ordered a bigger size than what my son where’s (he wears a 14/16 and I ordered a size 18) and it fit too snug and the arms where short length. For $30 I expected more weight at the least.
