I like this couch a lot it fits perfect in my junior studio and I love the duality and being able to pull out the bottom part, it was the reason I bought it. The couch took awhile to ship and was coming from Canada, I bought it on 7/31 and it didn’t arrive to NYC until 8/10. The boxes are heavy and assembling was easy but sliding the pieces of the couch together was a bit difficult. The only issue I see with my purchase and not necessarily the couch is that my cats really want to sink their claws into it and the couch is not forgiving of that. As soon as they do that it rips and i’ve had couches in the past that have been able to withstand the clawing a bit better. I’ve been keeping it covered when i’m not around and trying to train my cats to stay away. OVERALL, great couch for the cost, decent quality. It’s very firm though! ... show more

I like how it looks but one of the arms hardware is on upside down and I'm not strong enough to take it off and turn it the right way. Also it is sort of like sitting on a rock slab. Not enough padding.

I had an unusual experience with ordering this product. I tried to pregame and order ahead of the holidays, unfortunately, I wasn’t quick enough. It took about 1 1/2 month(s) for the boxes (thee in total) to arrive. This in no way is at fault of the seller, it was due to COVID-19 and the holidays jamming FedEx up. Having just moved, I was hoping to have this before the holiday so I would be able to seat guests. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I then started getting concerned that when it actually did arrive it would be damaged. When it arrived, my suspicion was correct and the couch was damaged (pictures posted below). The guide that helps the couch turn into a bed had been broken off, which again, is likely due to poor handling during shipping, but I think I should be able to fix it. That being said, the reviews speak for themselves, I’m just a victim of circumstance. The Cymax Manager has been so lovely in helping me with frustrations that I don’t entirely regret buying this couch. As of right now we’re working out a deal to appease the damages of this product. The couch itself is a little firm, which I totally don’t mind, its sleek, pretty to look at, and I love propping my feet up on the pullout when i want to be extremely lazy. I would feel comfortable recommending this product to anyone in need of an affordable couch as an accent to a smaller room. ... show more
