I wouldn't normally buy furniture online but with very limited selection near me and Amazon's return policy I decided to give it a chance. I have a lot of medical problems with my back and legs so I spend a lot of time laying down and really needed something comfortable in both sitting and laying. This was very easy to put together, having someone to help definitely is recommended though. It's a shallow couch, not one you're going to sink into and at first it's very very firm, but still comfortable. Once you've used it for a couple of weeks the foam in the seat breaks in some and it's definitely got some squish to it, but it's still firm and supportive. Although I was hesitant to order this sight unseen (except online pics) I am very glad I did. It is the perfect size for the space I needed it for and was easy to assemble. The shipment arrived on time and in good condition and upon putting it together everything worked as it should. The bed pulls out easily and although it is very firm overall, I have sat on it numerous times and find it very comfortable. I like this couch a lot it fits perfect in my junior studio and I love the duality and being able to pull out the bottom part, it was the reason I bought it. The couch took awhile to ship and was coming from Canada, I bought it on 7/31 and it didn’t arrive to NYC until 8/10. The boxes are heavy and assembling was easy but sliding the pieces of the couch together was a bit difficult. The only issue I see with my purchase and not necessarily the couch is that my cats really want to sink their claws into it and the couch is not forgiving of that. As soon as they do that it rips and i’ve had couches in the past that have been able to withstand the clawing a bit better. I’ve been keeping it covered when i’m not around and trying to train my cats to stay away. OVERALL, great couch for the cost, decent quality. It’s very firm though! ... show more

We’ve had this couch for ~4 years now and it’s completely fallen apart. The chaise side is comfy, the other parts of it are not as soft and the padding is not as thick. Storage is nice, opens up to a decent sized bed (one adult or two kids can sleep comfortably). Easy to assemble, would have liked it to last longer. This couch looks amazing! And is incredibly easy to assemble. You can move it around whatever way you want in minutes like legos. But.. it’s got small butt cushions. When you sit on it the back rest lean forward so you feel like your sitting on the edge of a seat. If you pull the bed out it’s much more comfortable to sit in. Not comfortable to sleep in.. it’s for kids and we would use tons of blankets to make it comfortable for sleeping. Also I’ve herd some strange noises when getting off of it.. like cracks.. everyone knows that sound. I’m 140lbs.. take it whatever way you want. Lastly it looks great! It sits in an office and totally works as a decoration for zoom calls! ... show more

I had seen both good and bad reviews of this, but I will say this: Others are saying the couch is small (it is), and that it's hard (it is), both of which I actually wanted for my small space. However, the caveat is that the other reviews had praised its construction quality. I know that I assembled the couch correctly; I followed the instructions and there were no missing pieces. However, the part of the couch that flips out is permanently broken. I have only pulled it out from couch to bed about 10 times so I know it should be able to withstand this! I bought this couch on August 20th, 2021 and it is already broken (Sept 9, 2021). I am very disappointed in the construction of the hinge that allows the "couch-to-bed" part to pull out. ... show more

LOVE THIS COUCH. Pro: a great couch for a small apartment. took less than 45 mins to assemble by myself. The pull out portion is so easy. I leave it out all the time. You can pick which side you want the chaise on. After wearing in the couch (took about a month) the couch becomes more comfy. Have taken many of naps on this couch. Con: came in 3 separate boxes on two different days. Is a little hard to sit on. The sides of the couch are also hard. Pros outweigh the cons. Totally worth the money. ... show more
