I purchased this because it's supposed to heat 1000 sq ft area. It runs all day and you only get 4° difference. My home is 1500 sq ft. Super bummed. It took 5 hours to put together. I called about heater not working like advertised and customer service at real flame was super rude saying if it's not tripping a breaker or giving error code then it's fine. The cabinet is pretty nice as well as the ambenience of the fire place but, I wanted it for extra heat when needed too. But how do you return something like this when it all put together and customer service says it's working. This was $1200.00, for pretty. ... show more
