I am so happy with my couch purchase from ihanherry. The couch came in 3 boxes easy to transport in a u haul. Ordered Monday Sept 14, first two boxes delivered Friday Sept 18, and the last box delivered Monday Sept 21. Very easy to assemble, took my dad 3 hours to build on his own. I am 5'9 and can lie down comfortably with no issues. The ottoman storage is very convenient and doesn't slide around when you put your legs up. The pillows are fluffy once given a couple days to rise. Heres pictures before and after given 12 hrs to rise. Overall great purchase highly recommend for price!!

We moved into a new place and after shopping around and reading MANY reviews online, we decided to go with this one despite having only 60-something reviews because it was the kind of couch I wanted and I especially liked the photos posted in the reviews. I hope this review will help you all decide whether to get this or not! Shipping: received sooner than estimated delivery! All 3 boxes delivered together. Time spent: it wasn’t the easiest instructions to follow. Took us almost 3 hrs. I found the video on YouTube more helpful. Quality: a lot of the reviews mentioned firmness which is true. I just wish they had more cushion (I plan to add more to the flatter ones). Size and color are perfect.

Sofa is comfy and sturdy. I like the firmness of the pillows it keeps them from going flat and looking like a complete mess like some other cloud sofas. The instructions could be better. If you put the metal frame together first it's a lot easier. I just used the instructions as a reference for where the parts go. Somewhat handy female but was able to put it together myself in about an hour. I knocked off a star because one of the arms is broken on the inside but we didn't notice until I already had it together. It may have been broken during shipping and does not impact the function of the sofa. You're just not going to beat the quality for $600 sofa.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This couch is so comfortable and sturdy. It was super quick and easy to put together. It looks a lot better in person and once it fluffs up. I can’t believe the price of this couch!

I’ve never bought a sofa online before, so I was a little hesitant, but I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality! The sofa is excellent for the price. The oversized 6 seats design gives my family plenty of room to sit comfortably and offers great versatility. Additionally, the 2 ottomans give me extra storage that is always a bonus. I also really like that all the pillow covers can be removed and cleaned which is very convenient, especially when we have kids. The sofa came with 5 extra pillows, so I added some colorful ones to match my design and it looks perfect in our living room. Assembly was easy and straightforward, took my husband and I less than 3 hours. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this sofa!

DON'T BUY!! Customer service and quality severely lacking. Assembly was terrible. Had to BUY parts just to make this couch work and not fall apart. Company missed SEVERAL parts and took a MONTH to get to us. Packages were completely torn up and pieced together. Couch easily deforms after sitting on it. Can be fluffed up but it's just unnecessary work. They offered us NO DISCOUNT OR REFUND on THEIR errors and product. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Only plus is the couch appearance looks good, and cushions are comfortable. But took SO MUCH to get there without much help from company and having to buy extra parts.

this was the best couch i couldve possibly bought from amazon. took about 2 hours to fully put together with 2 people . pretty repetitive instructions so it went by quicker. the color is excellent, exactly what i was looking for . the top for the ottoman is heavy and a bit hard to take on and off , but TONS of storage. its a good medium soft fabric. 10/10 couldnt have asked for anything better.

Love my couch besides minor things! Hopefully it holds up for a long time. Cons: Took a few hours to assemble, shipping was pretty fast but one box came busted open and I had to transfer everything out of the box to take to my apartment. The frame seems sturdy but is kinda confusing, starting to creak so I will have to take a look at it again. Pros: it’s very comfy I’ve slept on it a few times with no issues, I don’t have to fluff the pillows really but I do find myself having to readjust the spring cushions cuz where I like to sit on my couch is kinda on the crack of the cushions and it tends to sink in. It looks expensive, couches I’ve looked at that look similar would’ve been over $1500. The fabric seems to be of a good quality, I’ve had a couple spills and stains that were easy to wipe/scrub off with just a towel. Majority of the couch is washable excluding the arms I believe and panels around the frame. Perfect size for my apartment not sure my exact living room size but for a 800sq apt it’s the perfect size and looks large, not too low, height is good off the ground.
