I use various of these for calibration of data loggers. Put a bunch of these in a sealed glass container, add data loggers, then wait for things to stabilize. That often takes a few days, but I've got the time. Two concerns: While I was able to find accuracy data by searching the website, it would be great to get a CoC or calibration statement/cert with the product. Given their materials the RH values should be very close to perfect unless things are contaminated. I'd also be interested in lower RH values. While not likely useful for cigars, these would be great in the calibration space.

**REVIEW EDITED TO ADD THE RESPONSIVENESS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE** I was hoping these Boveda 32% RH packs would provide reliable humidity control for my herbs. Unfortunately, they only worked for about a day in an airtight container. After that, they seemed to lose their effectiveness and eventually dried out completely by the end of the first week. **EDIT** I initially had some concerns with the Boveda 32% RH packs. They seemed to lose effectiveness quickly, drying out within a week. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's immediate response to my dissatisfaction. They were incredibly responsive and eager to resolve the issue, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Due to their exceptional customer service, I'm willing to give Boveda another chance and explore their other products. I believe that with their commitment to customer satisfaction, I can trust them to provide reliable humidity control solutions in the future.
