First, I went with the colorful one purple reason being is because I have a new dog and I wanted a new collar. But this collar is wonderful and I really enjoy being able to handle it without being worried of shocking my dog for any reason. She now stays in the yard and comes back with a whistle every single time and it works wonderfully. My previous Dog dilly also was trained on this and he was wonderful at returning home and staying in the yard. This is a wonderful product. It is very easy to use. You can turn down the shock button so that it doesn’t shock them if you make a mistake or do you not need to use it. I would recommend this brand over the more popular named ones. Believe me, I have tried them all.

This is a great product. I don’t like the idea of a shock collar because it is a little too traumatic for the dogs in my opinion. That says sometimes getting their attention at a distance is necessary. This particular collar has various levels of intensity and has options for sound, vibration, and ultimately shock. It functions perfectly and I have found that sound or vibration is usually enough to get the dogs attention.

I've used this for a few weeks now and there are things I like and don't like about this dog collar. I'm using this collar as a training tool for my dogs behavior problems. So he tends to wear it most of the day and I've found it is very effective to not only curbing his barking, but also keeping him off tables and out of things he shouldn't be in. Now in saying this I've primarily used the sound and the vibrations settings and when training him I have made a routine that when I say no, he gets a sound. If he continues I tell him no again and use the vibration. That usually works for him. I've only ever used shock once on him and that was when he was outside barking at something and just absolutely not listening to me. And only after I used both the sound and vibration multiple times. I used the shock on level 2 and that got his attention to stop barking. I also have to say that I am impressed with the battery life on this thing. After a few weeks of using it I've only had to charge it once. I also feel like the collar itself is well made. And not to heavy for my 20 pound dog. I find the button are easy to use, but I don't like that you can't switch between modes without triggering it unless you press the level nob multiple times. However, that nob is easily pressed or turned. So you do have to keep an eye on what level your aiming for. Also I think it's crazy that the shock goes all the way to 99. I feel like that is an unnecessary and potentially dangerous level to shock your dog. It just doesn't make any sense, especially when both the sound and the vibration options have much lower level settings. So I would love to hear the manufacturer's reason behind this. Out of curiosity. And lastly this is strictly a personal preference, but I wish there was a clip or something on the back of the remote that I could attach it to myself. I feel in training a dog not to do something in order for this collar to be effective you need to press whatever button immediately and say no to have your dog understandand the behavior they need to stop. But there has been a few instances where negative behavior has happened and I had the remote sitting somewhere that by the time I got it the situation that would have needed it already passed. So that's just my personal gripe about it. But overall this is an amazingly effective training tool that I would recommend.

This collar has been a great training aid for my high energy Kelpie. I just use the H4 beeping mode and my dog will stop whatever it is doing immediately and return to me. It has also proven to be water proof as my dog has jumped into some rivers and creeks while wearing the collar,....and it continues to work well. Range has proven to be good, and battery life is truly impressive,.....only needing to be charged once or twice a month.

I loved this training necklace. It is very easy to use and the remote control responds super well even at a good distance. I like that it has different levels and modes (vibration, sound and stimulation), so I can adjust it according to what my dog needs without hurting him. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly, which is a plus. In addition, the necklace is resistant and looks good quality. In a few days I noticed better behavior in my dog. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for an effective way to train 🐶
