This is a “summer throw,” perfect for keeping on the couch and it adds a nice “pop” of color too. I bought the first throw a few years ago and it seems to be heavier in weight/slightly thicker material, but it was not my preferred color, darker teal. Beautiful and soft blanket. Doesn’t look and feel cheap at all! Perfect for all seasons. It had a slight packaging smell, so I wash it on delicate cycle and it looked fine. This blanket is so soft and feels luxurious. It's even better than I expected. The color is perfect. This is a very light blanket, which is what I was looking for. If you're wanting something thick and warm, this probably isn't what you're looking for. I will definitely be purchasing more of these!

I am for the most part pleased with the brown throw I received, particularly the color and the design and appearance of the throw; however, it is really loosely woven and therefore will not likely hold up to use. For my purpose, I am okay with the loose weave and light delicate finish as I only want to use it for decor purposes, and the brown color is pretty close to the color online, and I do like the fringe. I did find a flaw in the weave, but again not terribly important. Judging by the other colors available online it would seem a good choice for many. ... show more
