The dispenser works great and is compatible with both 5-gallon and 3-gallon water bottles, which are easy to find at the store. I have two kids, and my younger one is just over two years old—very active and curious—so the safety lock gives me peace of mind. Once plugged in, the dispenser runs very quietly with no loud noises, which I really appreciate. I also prefer the bottom-loading design since it's much more convenient. The dispenser at my office requires lifting the heavy water bottles and placing them on top, which is quite a hassle. With the bottom-loading system, it’s not only easier to set up but also more stable and less likely to tip over. This cooler is nice,it was easy to unpack and set up ,so much better than have to lift 5 gallon water jug to top loader.it does however make more noise when filling cup as it has to suck rather than drop water.
