The water cooler first of all arrived very well packaged with paddings to protect from damages. The finish looks high end. I opened it up and the instructions book was very helpful in guiding maintenance. The cooler also allows selection of heat and cool function individually which was a plus since I mainly wanted the cooling feature.

The machine is lightweight and has great hot and cold functions! I'd like to share some advice. When buying a 50-gallon bottle, remember to check the size; not all 50 gallons will fit. Also, be sure to read the instructions after receiving it. Because I didn't read the instructions carefully, I ended up with a dry boil and the hot water wouldn't work. I almost thought it was broken, but I had to find a tool to reset it and it worked!
