The new one is much smaller than the one I have used for 10 years . It is easy to use for hot water and cold water.

We love our new water dispenser. I haven't used my tea kettle since. The kids love the cold water, especially on hot days, and I use the hot water for my tea all day long. It's so convenient.

The media could not be loaded. The cooler itself is poor compared to my previous bottom loading cooler. It is loud when it heats and cools, my previous brand was just a hum. The top for the water bottle doesn't do a right seal so I used 1 water bottle and went to change it and it's all slimy from bacteria. The bottom feeder is plastic so even after I cleaned it it tastes chemically. I no longer have the box but am hoping there is a way to send it back. This is not a great machine even for the lower cost. Go for one that has a metal feeder. That was how my first one was. Quiet and kept the water sanitary, never slimy.

Our old water dispenser started to leak after few years use. I bought this one for replacement. It is good. I mainly use it to dispense hot water since we have a fridge to dispense cold water. The machine size is exactly as our old ones and fit a 5 gallons water bottle in. The hot water dispenser can fill a bottle of hot water then need a little break to heat the next bottle. It doesn't need to assemble. You just need to plug in and it starts to work. The price is good comparing to similar products.
