Overall: If you need a basic machine this fits the bill. There are some details that I may not pick this in a lineup of other water machines at big box warehouse stores, but for ease of delivery and getting to you, this will work. Reliability/ installation/ 1st 24 hours: Ours arrived upside down due to the delivery person. So we fixed this and kept it right side up for 48 hours. There was no physical instruction manual for this, but it is a simple remove, plug, wipe, and insert in a 5-gallon jug. I’m sure it can fit smaller (like the 1/2 size) but the apparatus for placing in the jug is for a 5 gallon. Appearance: Clean and sleek. Fingerprints are easy to see so wiping constantly with kids is rough. It did arrived damaged, and because of this I am weary of the thin metal. Water machines from big box warehouse stores have a protective layer so it’s not quite compatible. It only has one air vent at the back so you won’t want to push this right up against the wall.

While my Wife was browsing Amazon for home stuff she came across this water cooler/heater and showed it to me. After we reviewed the specs and features we decided we wanted it and ordered it. We are very happy with this choice. This unit supplies room temp, hot and cold water at the push of a button on the top. No more heating water on the stove, microwaving or firing up the coffee maker for hot water, it's ready at he push of a button. The hot water button has a slide switch on it to keep from accidentally dispensing hot water, a nice safety feature. There is also a low water light to let yo know if yo are getting low. It uses 3 and 5 gallon water bottles that are placed in the bottom of the unit instead of placing upside down on top. This make it a lot more convenient for filling/refilling. No more lifting a 40+ pound jug of water up to the top and turning upside down. Just open the bottom cabinet door, pull the seal of the water jug, plug the hose in, slide it into the cabinet and close the door. All out of sight. This cooler has a built-in automatic self-cleaning functions that keeps the dispenser clean and hygienic. The unit is built using stainless steel and ABS to standup too prolonged use and is highly durable. It also looks really good. The water tube and connections can also be washed in the top rack of your dishwasher if yo do desire. The price of this Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser is $169.99 which is in the low to mid-range price but with lots of features of the high end units. We do highly recommend this Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser from WATICE if you are looking for a water cooler/heater dispenser for a reasonable price that works great and is quiet and efficient.

This water cooler is more so deserving of 3.5 Stars, it arrived seemingly packages well enough and found no obvious signs of damage however I quickly discovered upon opening the cabinet door where the jug of water is loaded had a plastic seam that was bowing and deformed, so much so that the door didnt want to close. I tried to push or shape this flaw but unfortunately this was a manufacturing defect in which you have to force the door closed against a little additional resistance due to the bowing plastic obstructing it. From the photos you can also see what I mean and even once closed its noticeable how the bottom doesn't line up with the piece above it where the water catch piece is. Otherwise, I've been using the water cooler now for a few months and it's been advantageous to have as you save on water consumption buying 5 gallon jugs which are essentially $10 after returning the previous ones deposit saving money over cases of the bottled water. The hot and cold element switches are located conveniently in the back of the unit at the top so it's very easy to turn them on or off depending on your needs. I decided to leave the blue plastic wrap covering the stainless steel bottom door but it's meant to be removed. The catch drain piece is made completely of plastic but gives the appearance that it's metal which can be removed easily and any water it's holding dispensed of in the sink. Just as the manual states, the water coming out of this thing will have a plastic after taste to it for a week or so before it goes way due to the tube that inserts into the water jug. The entire unit is quite light without the water jug inside it which can be beneficial but also gives it feeling of cheapness throughout. The hot and cold settings work without issue and the water tastes fine after the initial 10 day break in period while loading and unloading the jugs of water into the bottom are seamless and quick even with the door thing. Overall I hope it holds up for a long time as I enjoy using it everyday.

I use super anxious about ordering this water cooler b/c I didn't know if I could manage all of the preparations for it. I have no idea what I was thinking! All I had to do was buy a water bottle, clean it, and then plug the water cooler in. THAT'S IT! SUPER SIMPLE! I desperately needed a solution to the space constraints of my very small kitchen, AND I needed a way to have ice cold water whenever I wanted. So there's not enough counter space to leave an electric kettle out. The freezer is too small and there's no room for ice trays. Then I saw this water cooler and it solved all my problems. This silver metal water cooler is sleek. It produces chilled water, hot water, and room temp water. All I had to do is put a water bottle inside it and attach the pump. So far, whenever I have needed cold water, it was waiting and ready for me. Very reliable! Can I just say that the instructions were also easy to follow. I especially like that the water bottle goes in standing upright. No clever, back-breaking maneuvering to turn it upside down. That would not have worked for me. The selection buttons are big and depress easily. The drinking vessel shelf is wide and cups balance there easily. No breakage or spillage so far. Really good design choices. There is also a child protection button that prevents hot water from dispensing. Great idea! I attached a photo so you can see how great looking the cooler is. I would buy another and buy it as a gift. The price is super low compared to other coolers.

I’m already a fan of bottom-loading water dispensers in general because I refuse to wrestle giant water jugs overhead anymore. My husband still prefers simpler setups, but even he admitted this one is pretty nice. The biggest selling point for me honestly is the room temperature option. A surprising number of dispensers only focus on hot and cold, but sometimes I just want normal water without freezing my teeth or making tea. I use that middle setting constantly. Water dispenses quickly and taste comes down to the water you get imo I don't notice a taste from the pump. I also really like that it works with both 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles, good capacity which gives a little more flexibility depending on what’s available or easier to carry. Another big plus: it’s quiet. Some water dispensers hum, click, or sound like they’re preparing for takeoff every few minutes, but this one stays pretty unobtrusive in the background. Overall it feels clean, practical, and easy to live with. If you already like bottom-loading dispensers, this is a solid option.

I ordered this for my home because I was tired of lifting heavy bottles onto a top-loader. The bottom-loading design is a total lifesaver and makes swapping out the water way less of a chore. The stainless steel finish looks really sharp and fits in perfectly with my other appliances. Having 3 different temperature settings is also a huge plus, so I can go from making hot tea to grabbing a glass of ice-cold water without any wait. However, I had to knock off 1 star because the box didn't include a manual. Because there were no instructions, I actually spent a while trying to figure out why the hot water wouldn't dispense. It turns out there are 2 separate on and off buttons on the rear of the unit—1 for cold and 1 for hot. Even after you find the switch, you have to wait about 15 to 30 minutes for it to actually heat up the water. It was also pretty frustrating that it does not come with a water jug. Having to go out and spend extra money on a 3 or 5 gallon bottle just to get started makes this unit not cost effective at all. When you add in that extra cost and the setup confusion, it is a great machine once it is running, but the value just isn't quite where it should be. Had this included an instruction manual & at least one water jug this would have been a great value for the money

I love this little water cooler. It’s a little smaller than to what I was expecting, but not in a bad way. It’s actually the perfect height for a child and the safety mechanism for the hot water is too tall for a toddler to reach so overall very happy. The buttons are on top so again they are toddler proof. It’s so easy to use and was very easy to set up. The water temperature has been perfect. The buttons are very smooth and easy to press making water dispensing simple. There is no delay so when you press the button, the water is released. It’s a surprisingly simple set up so cleaning it will be a breeze. It’s actually very quiet for it to have a cooling mechanism. It’s hard to speak for the reliability, but so far it has reliably dispensed water and there has been no leak leaking. There are switches on the back left of the machine for the hot and cold waters.
