    • Great Price! You get a lot for your money
I am going to start of with what I like. The price. If you just take into the consideration of the extensions and the universal sockets you are already getting close to the price of competition. With this kit you are also getting both deep and shallow impact sockets. Throw in the fact that there is included torx and e-torx. Not to mention it contains both metric and SAE. For the most part this is a NO SKIP set except maybe a few e-torx that might have been skipped. As a bonus there is also 3/8 to 3/8 universal adapter and 1/2 female to 3/8 male adapter. Larger easy to read socket. Each socket is painted and easy to read the size. At one quick glance you can quickly identify the size. Strong and organized storage. The storage is case seems to be very well made and keep your sockets very neat and securely in place. The extensions. Like I said above in the price section. The selection of extensions that you receive with this is amazing. 3, 6, 10, and 15 literally almost every extension that you will ever need. Now for the dislikes. There will not be many as I have not had this set long enough to comment on reliability and there true commitment to life time guarantee. The sockets were all over the place. When I first open the case for the first time. The sockets were all mixed all over the place. Now this really has nothing to do with the overall organization of the box. It was really the fault of the shipping company and the cardboard box showed the proof of that. But once I reorganized the sockets, I shook the case, moved it around and did just about everything that I would do for normal use. The only thing I did not do was drop kick it and punt it across the room. Apparently that is what happened during shipping as everything stayed neatly in its place. Oil all over the place. Now I know that most tools are shipped with oil to prevent rust. I just figured I would put it in as I really didn't have anything else negative to say. Combined with the fact that the shipping company really did a number on the package. The oil mess was just amplified. No 1/2 in. I was really lacking on the 3/8 impact stuff which is why I purchased this. Now my 1/2 in collection is looking very slim and I will have to buy some more. However I have not been able to find a kit like this in 1/2. Hopefully they release something in the future. So to sum it up. Yes I would recommend this. Yes I would buy again ( Hopefully in 1/2 :). When I get some time as well as something to really put these to the test. I will be making a video on these. As pictures and words do not give them the justice they deserve. ( I paid full price for these and have no connection with them ) I hope that this was helpful to those of you who were on the fence about pulling the trigger on these. After a couple months of use, I've found the build quality and whole set design is definitely worth more then the price tag. The rachet and universal is good quality; if only the plastic case had upgraded closing clasp. The plastic to metal front & full plastic sides cause me to baby opening & closing the case. I wouldn't mind paying an extra 5 to 8 for for the needed upgrade. If their was a complete ¼ set like this one, it would be a no brainer purchase. ... show more

Cons- When I opened it up first there was a few of the deepwell sockets out of their place. I ended up putting them back where they belonged and shook the case up to see if it would keep happening and it didn't. If you want them to stay in place then keep the cardboard piece in it. They fit in very loosely as their's nothing for it to click into place. They were extremely oily also, almost as if they dipped them in oil before sending them out. I understand a little but that was way too much. Pros- Very easy to organize as you can clearly see the sizes both on the bit and the case so if you end up taking a lot out you can easily find where they came from in the case Sturdy bits that are thin walled for tight fits Hope this helps you with your choice. ... show more

After replacing my shocks a couple years ago, I promised myself to never work under my car again without an impact driver. A trip to Moab provided the motivation to enter the world of impact drivers in the form of a broken leaf spring so I bought a 3/8 and a ½ inch impact gun from a local dealer. Unfortunately I was struggling to find anything like a complete set of sockets; I hate being in the middle of a project without the right tools so I wanted a complete set. I may never need two thirds of the sockets in this box, but I can avoid the aggravation of being deep in a repair without a functional car when I realize the kit I bought didn’t have the right size I need. The boxes arrived intact after FedEx presumably played Rugby with them. Some of the sockets had moved around from shipping, but they were easily rearranged due to the surprisingly well designed case. From my limited use one the suspension job, the sockets performed well. They took all the torque my guns could put out on a couple recalcitrant bolts and are superbly marked. Get some good impact guns and both sets of sockets if you want to ensure you never find your self without that essential socket at an essential time. ... show more
