You get what you pay for with this. First of all, it wobbles and does not have adjustable feet to even it. Secondly, the “cold” water is hardly cold. The previous dispenser I owned dispensed water so cold that it would instantly make whatever bottle or container condensate. This, comes nowhere close. Lastly, I don’t know what purpose the three switches on the backside of this unit serve, but they don’t benefit it whatsoever. I recommend you shell out another $50-$75 and get something that’s built well and functions.

This is a life saver for big family. Recently we have 6 people in the house, the small kettle is just not enough, along with some of them have hot water needs, the supply has been challenging. I bought this dispenser and it has been so convenient for us all, cold or hot, not a problem anymore.

This water dispenser works well and very easy to set up, plug in and load the water bottle without heavy lifting like the top load, water comes out cold and hot! Flows great. The door easy to open on the bottom! Our family love it !
