The chair is lightweight at just 23 pounds, yet still powerful enough to have a capacity of 275 pounds. Movement is not a problem with the five-star nylon base that has attached hooded double wheel casters. Although the unit has standard measurements of 25" W x 25" D x 35-40" H, it is completely customizable. Not only can users move the height up and down using the pneumatic gas lift, but they can also adjust the depth of the back. Perhaps the best features are the built-in lumbar support and waterfall seat design.     • Never had such an easy chair
I've been using a metal folding chair for my sewing room for the past seven years because I couldn't find a chair I like in the price range I have. Then this was suggested by a fellow quilter. OMG this thing took all of 10 minutes to put together. I'm 5'2" and this chair raises me up to a comfortable height for the table I use as a desk as well as making it possible to reach the foot pedal for my sewing machine. I didn't realize how badly I needed a new desk chair until I sat on this one. It took just a few minutes to my teenage daughter to assemble the chair. I really love how it looks and feels. My previous one was also fabric but with mesh on the back. It lasted for several years but the mesh ripped way earlier. The seat was in perfect condition except not very comfortable due to all these years of use. This time I wanted only fabric and it took me a bit to find one that I really liked. The media could not be loaded. I bought this eleven months ago, as I didn't want to spend a fortune on a chair for a home office. It is reasonably comfortable to sit on for an eight hour day and also looks pretty nice. Unfortunately, it has gotten really squeaky. I have to remember not to move during Teams meetings or it sounds like I'm in a haunted house in an old B-movie. The specs say the chair is for 250 to 275lbs. I'm about 200lbs, so a little disappointed that it is so noisy after only a year. In the video, I'm holding the phone by the chair and shifting my weight from side to side and front to back. Sorry about the sea-sickness movement, but if you listen you'll see what I mean. The chair still seems solid enough, as in I don't feel like it's going to break at any moment, but if you need it quiet when you move, this may not be the chair for you. ... show more
