I switched to this tool about a year ago. Pretty good tool. Fairly quick with a lot of functions. Biggest complaint is it always misses two to four modules compared to my snappy scan tool. Great in a pinch and I love the wireless dongle.

Bosch does not provide service for its own product that you buy thru Amazon. I need the charger for this new 4500 dollars scanner but they do not have the charger. the charger can not be found in amazon and bosch has it in back order for 5 months, mean while your subscription is paid but you can not use it. In bosch just apologize and they just tell you that will be in back order until they receive it, I order it in december 2022 and bosch move the "deliver" date until may 2023. ... show more

First off just want to say Im no sort of professional mechanic, i dont own a shop or even work at an auto shop at all. I just got this because i really hate paying shops to repair my vehicle, I much rather at least attempt to learn that certain repair process than just fork over money without even trying. Todays times with all the computers in vehicles a good quality scan tool is essential. I bought the autel maxisys elite scanner and jbox a few weeks before I bought this Bosch and it is a HUGE impovement over the autel. The user interface is easier to navigate, the built in wiring diagrams are super clutch thats easily my favorite part about this tool. Anyways ill be sending back my autel but this Bosch is not going anywere! ... show more

HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR MANY MONTHS TO GET A REPAIR COMPLETED BY BOSCH WITH ZERO SUCCESS, FOUND OUT ALONG THIS LENGTHY PROCESS THEY DO NOT EVEN MAKE IT. GREAT GOING BOSCH! IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND AND CAN DEAL WITH POOR TECH SUPPORT AND EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS REPAIR TIMES THEN GO RIGHT AHEAD AND DEAL WITH THEM, OTHERWISE THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER SUPERIOR CHOICES.
