I've done hundreds of product reviews and noticed that people seem to casually throw around the words "game changer" and "must have" in their reviews. For me, it takes significant quality and value in a product to deem it worthy of using such high praise but this massager has demonstrated it deserves such a classification. This is an amazing little product that gives you an outstanding massage comparable to a fancy massage chair or even an actual masseuse. Here are the important positive features: 1) It's portable and cordless so you can take it most anywhere; 2) It's rechargeable and can last about 70 minutes on a full charge; 3) You get a second charging cord designed to plug into the cigarette lighter of your car so you can take it with you and use it when driving on a long trip; 4) It's extremely versatile because you can easily position it to get your lower back, upper back and neck; 5) It features two heat settings and three intensity settings; 6) It has a remote to adjust the aforementioned settings that slides into a pouch on the side of the massager; 7) It automatically shuts down after 15 minutes of use as a safety feature to prevent overuse; however, you can turn it right back on if you so choose. The massager feels great to the touch and the craftsmanship is excellent. It also has a nice ergonomic design to comfortably fit your body. This thing is Amazing! I've been looking for a decent massager that actually Massages and not just something that vibrates. I get a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder/shoulder blade. This thing feels so good and moves in different directions and in a circular motion like an actual massage (clockwise and counter clockwise). The heat is definitely an added plus. The Only thing I wish is that it pushed a little harder. I mean on the higher intensity setting, it's still pretty good and hard, but my pain is so bad sometimes, I want it as hard as it can go lol. Pushing into it myself helps. I just turn it on and omg it's so relaxing. It's also cool you can use it in the car, as it comes with a car charging cord, though it doesn't need to be plugged in to work. Another plus. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, only because I want it to push harder, and because the auto shut off is too quick (15 mins) I work in an office and have awful posture. I may take it to work (its very portable) to use while working, though it may relax me too much and I'll fall asleep lol. Oh and it's quiet, another flaw of those vibrating "massagers," they're always so loud even though they claim to be quiet. This is actually very quiet. So last thing, omg get it! ... show more

A large heated shiatsu massage pad is just the ticket on a cold winter day after shoveling or raking. The remote makes it so easy to adjust while you remain comfortably seated against it. The rechargeable battery makes it easy to use anywhere, no need to find an outlet. There are 3 speeds: soft massage, relaxing massage, and pain relief massage. Soft massage is nice, comfortable. Relaxing massage is a little faster. Pain relief massage is faster yet and a bit firmer. The heat is wonderful. The straps aren't really big enough for a recliner or easy chair but might work okay on an office chair. It would be a good choice for the office because it's so quiet! This Boriwat Neck Massager with Heat is now one of my favorite neck massagers. It has 2 heat levels and three different massage settings. I especially like that this can be charged and used without a cord. It gives a good massage and shuts off automatically. Great massager.
