First I would like to complement the seller he Immediately shipped out the ebike and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time by FedEx. The packaging was in pristine condition to my amazement. Assembly of the bike was straightforward. There is a video that shows how to do it. If you’re like me and keep dropping screws it’ll take you about two hours. The Ridstar Ebike meets all its claims. It’s built like a tank. I took it for a long ride and my top speed was 30mph it climbed inclines like nothing. I took it on a long grass and dirt path and it rode smoothly. Things I didn’t like were the hard seat and the unadjustable cell phone holder. Also if your big like me peddling this style bike is a joke. It’s like a motorcycle with peddles instead of foot pegs. I’m 6’2” 240lbs. 77yrs old so I didn’t plan on doing much peddling anyway in the heat. I wanted something legal and fun for Florida bike trails.     • Scam company. I bought 2 bikes and neither of them shipped.
I bought 2 bikes when they where on sale on black Friday, I was really excited because besides it not being foldable, it's the exact specs. I wanted in my bike. I bought the second for my brother so we can roll out together. I got an email from Amazon saying I got a refund because the items didn't ship so it was just a huge waste of time. Great looking Bike. Looks like a motorcycle more than a bike. Very powerful, will do up to 30 m.p.h. as advertised. Gets lots of looks and thumbs up! Great bargain ! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great looking , powerful bike for under $1000.

Our first issue was a torn seat which was taken care of. Now after 2 months the display has gone out. I have paid a repair shop to fix it but they don’t seem to be able to get it back to speed. I need a display that is compatible but cannot reach the company.

My 14 year old loves it. The Assembly was relatively easy. I had to adjust the rear brakes but otherwise everything is working fine. The battery is good. We will see how it holds up over time.
