I’ve had it for a little over 2 weeks so i’ve had the chance to use it for a bit of lower body days, and i love it! I can use it for Rdls, split squats, sumo deadlifts and ofc hip thrusts. Let me know if you guys think of any others to use this machine for! You can get creative and it feels really sturdy. I was worried about storage as I live in a small area, but when i fold it up it’s about 2-3 inches in width so i can slide it inbetween my table and wall when not in use. Overall this product was worth its money and it’s easy to set up and adjust the weights. I feel like I can use this and my bike and not worry about finding a different gym depending on where i’m living.

I feel the burn! I don’t even need all 3 bands.. 2 is enough. I also use a resistance band around my thighs and that increases the intensity of the workout drastically! Only 4 stars bc the bench is a bit high for me and it can’t be moved up or down.

This is such a good machine to have a home. Way more comfortable for me than going to any public gym. Got my booty lookin tight! Little heavier but folds up nice and can sit right in the corner until you need it.

I bought this because in the gym I go to the machine that you can do hip thrust with are always occupied, furthermore this exercise is super awkward for me because male issues, I always have to drape a hoodie over myself because I feel exposed otherwise. I ordered heavier bands (70lbs) from the bs website because I do much heavier reps at the gym, but just the bands it came with are crazy difficult (at least at first, will update later). I also like the fact that it’s much easier to center the weight over your glutes, the barbell either wants to jam into your hip bones or your private parts, no thanks. My main complaint is that the wood is not very grippy, the slats carved into the wood are much to shallow to stop anything from sliding, they seem to only be for decoration, however it’s not a deal breaker I just do it without shoes. However, another reason I bought it was because I am an amputee who uses a prosthetic leg, which means even if I remove my shoe I am still using a plastic foot that cannot sit flat on the wood, so this flaw is a big inconvenience as my shoes are very good on grip but have nothing to grip against besides relatively smooth wood.

This is more a review of Amazon skimping on service. The product functions well overall, came to me in tact, easy to set up. The band are slightly uncomfortable / hurt a bit but nothing I can't get used to. It feels about medium sturdy - there is some creaking from the frame when doing lifts. I ordered through Amazon instead of directly from the company because I pay for prime, so anticipated easy delivery. HOWEVER Amazon passed it off to the postal service, it was delayed several days, and the past two days they have failed to deliver since the box was so large. So after getting fed up trying to track the item via Amazon and USPS I finally had to leave work early and go collect it myself, and it's a big heavy box. Amazon totally failed to deliver and makes me want to cancel prime since this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. The product itself works fine.
