The bands are great for a variety of exercises/stretches! They are very sturdy and are holding up well so far with no indications of tears/rips. They do have a slight smell but that is expected with resistance bands. These bands are awesome! Great variety of resistance levels and good sturdy material. I have no issues with them rolling up unless they are twisted on my leg to begin with (which is only expected). I highly recommend these if you want to enhance your workout and progress.
