I loved it so much I decided to purchase the custom fit for the other large window in the room. It fit perfectly inside the window frame. It doesn't look cheap. I was able to assemble it and put it up in no time. They even provided the tool to hang it up. It stays in place when adjusted. It does a great job at darkening the room. Overall, I am happy. I absolutely love these shades. I got them for my living room to block some of the morning light that comes through. I got the white blackout ones and they’re absolutely perfect. Took me about 10 minutes to get two installed (super easy) and everything cleaned up. They look fantastic l, they’ve held up against my cat playing with them, and haven’t moved a millimeter since I installed them. My window is 34.75”across and I got the 34” and there is minimal light coming from the sides. (I didn’t need 100% blackout but if I got the 34.5” across it would be. As a side note, I also have the other boolegon cordless no drill blinds where you use a wrench to tighten and then slide a cover over it, I found these easier to install and tighten since it’s just and allen wrench twisted toward the center to tighten.

Very easy to hang, no drilling any holes. I got the blackout cellular shades for my bedroom and they truly black out the room. Unbelievably light weight and attractive.

I had hoped to use this for a skylight situation that had no inner framework in which to attach it. It's "no tools design" was great for my intended use. I constructed a 1/2" deep rectangular aluminum channel into which to insert it and it fitted well. Then, I noticed two issues: 1) The shade's attachment which would be used to pull it open from below with a pole was not included, even though it is displayed on the website as "What's in the package." Without it I would have to create an attachment and screw it onto the shade, which would nullify any shade guarantee or return possibility. 2) Once I tried opening and closing the shade in the channel to see how it would have worked if it had a pull attachment, I realized that the "paper" material the shade is made of would quickly wear out rubbing against the channel, even though it's smooth aluminum. I had to return it. Images attached are of the NECESSARY Shade Handle which is claimed to be part of "What's in the Package," but is not.

The fit doesn't completed cover glass on window due tension on top. They do keep room very dark and from outside in cover the whole window so Noone can look in. They are paper like matrial
