We are very happy with the purchase of this shade. It is well made and the blackout feature is great. I was so pleased with their customer service. They reached out right away to make sure that I had ordered the correct size. They made the custom size that I needed. I had an issue with the chain being too long and emailed them. They responded right away and sent us a new chain mechanism.

I ordered the version of this shade that has a pull cord as I have had not had good luck with cordless roller shades in the past. What I got was the cordless version. I decided to keep it because the size was PERFECT for my window (67 3/4 inch x 49 inch inside dimensions, 67 inch x 52 inch shade, inside mount), the color was what I expected, and the mechanism seemed much improved over older cordless roller shades. The shade blocks out all light and does an excellent job of keeping out the cold. So far, the mechanism for raising and lowering the shade is functioning well. I can only assume that the corded version would have performed as well in all of these areas. If you order this shade, you will get a message from the seller confirming your window measurements and installation plan (inside mount or outside). I really appreciated that, even though I was sure I had ordered the right size given my actual window dimensions and installation preference (I followed the very clear instructions provided in the product description but nice to get confirmation). If you decide to order this corded version of the shade, I suggest you confirm with the seller that they are sending the product you ordered when they contact you to confirm the size. The shade would have gotten a 5 star rating if I had actually received what I ordered.
