I got this shredder for our home office, the shredder comes pretty much ready to go out of the box with exception of adding the 4 casters to the bottom of the shredder, the shredder has a nice high end quality look and feel to it and it shreds paper really well, the cross cut feature on the blades shreds the paper in very thin strips and pieces, the shredder also has no problem at all shredding the max 12 sheet of paper, even with paper clips or staples in them, I also like that this shredder can shred CD's easy and fast, the noise level when shredding is a little loud but not near as loud as other shredders we have used, another feature I like is that it has a good size waste bin, so it doesn't need to be emptied very often, the shredder also has over heating protection and an anti-jam protection, it does jam every now and then, but putting the shredder in reverse will pretty much fix the jam every time, I also like the size of this shredder, it fits under my desk with plenty of headroom to use it while it is under the desk and it is on wheels so it easy to move it around when needed, overall I am very happy with quality and performance of the shredder, well worth the price in my opinion.

A decent shredder, large capacity to shred as well as in the bin. It works reliably and fast, and I have not experienced anything getting hung up. A good shredder is a necessity for me, and I am happy to have this one!

Love this! It shreds up to 12 sheets at once. I also love the safety feature, making sure no one can put the documents back together if the papers were ever found. The bin is super easy to empty, and it hasn't jammed at all. With simple controls and handy LED indicators, using it is a breeze. I definitely recommend and will be getting another one to gift.

I was so tired of having to use other people's shredders so I was so excited when I finally got my own. #adulting 😂 This one is phenomenal quality and I love that you can shred multiple papers with ease at the same time. It's very user friendly as well. The bin comes out easy but stays in place while in use. The wheels are definitely a great addition so you can move it with ease wherever you need to!

I was in real need of a new shredder as my old one was making a horrible sound each time it was turned on and I knew it was on it's last leg. Seen this and noticed how many sheets it stated it could shread at once and I ordered. Now, I don't put anything more than 3/4 sheets at a time and you can tell its working a little extra, so I couldn't imagine actually putting a book of 11 sheets in this shredder at once. That said, it shreds in good timing, does a great job doing the criss-cross shred and important to me, has a very nice sized basket to collect shreds. Often time you get these shredders and you've got to empty the basket so ofren, but this one will collect quite a few shreds before needing to do so. Its got the ability to shred paper and cards, like most. You can move forward and backward. You can keep the machine going forward in constant on postion, set it to auto where it will only move when you insert something, off where its... off, and of course the reverse function. Great shredder, well priced, worth the buy!

This shredder is on the larger size for a home office, and is also stronger. Many shredders can only handle a half-dozen sheets of paper, this can do a dozen - though probably you should normally do less than that. However, since it's small enough to fit right next to your desk, you don't need to wait until you have a huge pile that needs shredding, you can just shred documents one at a time as needed, which is more secure anyway. It can also shred one CD or one credit card, for when that's needed. My only negative, and that's minor, is that it's designed to take standard 8-1/2 inch wide paper. There's very little extra room beyond this, so, you have to insert the paper exactly right. Otherwise, it'll bend and fold over at the ends, which is OK if you only have a couple of sheets but less so if you're trying to shred something thicker. I wish the slot were an inch wider so as to allow for more of an angle of paper insertion. But other than that, it shreds nicely and I'm glad I have it. There seems to be plenty of space in its bin too, so you don't have to empty it all the time. It's a bit more expensive than other shredders, but given that it seems stronger, that's probably worthwhile.
