Out of of all the seeds I had great germination on the flame tree as you can see in pics, Soak cut the point end slightly but not to where you cut seed inside & soak in water until you see root poking out then pot in soil with a dome so it don’t dry out. Wisteria you soak seeds for 12 hrs and then gently peel off outer part and plant in soil with dome, I have about 6 that have a root nub finally. No luck on the jacaranda and I planted some & did water method. The other 2 seeds need cold stratification in the fridge, Just put in a baggie with vermiculite so I can’t comment on how well these 2do because they are still in the fridge. You get the soil, 5 burlap pots with plastic lining, Tools & branch cutters. It’s pretty easy to get the seeds started and I think this kit is worth getting even if I only end up with 3-4 types growing. Be sure not to soak wisteria seeds longer than 12 hours, My 1st try I soaked them for 24 hours & they rotted but got it right soaking until the outer shell peels off easily.

I’ve always wanted to try one of those kits. It was on sale so I figured it’s worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at what you get for your money. They give you a ton of seeds of each variety. I realize it’s not an overnight success thing but I’m hopeful they’ll turn out with a little care, even if they may never look like as they do in the photos. Fun project!

This is a great starter kit, but there are a few things people need to know. First, the instructions aren't complete. For instance how to get the Fire Tree seeds going. Second, I'm not sure where these seeds and accessories are packaged, but where I'm from plastic isn't considered biodegradable. The biodegradable pots are lined with clear plastic which also prevents drainage and causes mold and root rot. I would urge customers to do a little research on each seed and how to germinate and plant. Other than these couple of things it's a great little starter kit with plenty of extra seeds for each type. Each seed packet I received contained 20+ seeds each. Overall definitely worth it.

Every wisteria seed has molded and ive tried peroxide mixed with water cinnamon doing it in a paper towel. I also haven't gotten any of the pine or spruce seeds to grow. So far I have one flame tree and one blue jacaranda
